“We moved into a new house that had a bedroom we wanted to use as an office but also have the option of using it as a guest bedroom when needed.The search for a Murphy bed/desk combo was initially set to local vendors. After exhausting the local vendor I decided to search the web and came across WWBeds. Their Murphy bed/office desk was exactly what we were looking for.After placing the order i received communication about the expectation of what will be proceed during the fabrication process. Dimensions were sent to WWBeds and a little while latter we received drawings of our bed. We tweaked the design a couple of times to match our need with the cabinet configuration.Next thing you know is we been told the bed will be finished prior to the date originally told. We received picture of our furniture fully assembled to be approved it.Received the shipment and took me almost the same amount of time moving the pieces to the room as it took to assemble. The online video that shows each phase of construction was very helpful.After it was completed I am totally happy that we found WWBeds for this beautiful piece of furniture. “Of course I walk in and immediately am lost. There was one gentleman organizing piping and politely helped point me in the right direction. There was also another gentleman in the paint section who helped reinsure me of my choices, amazing customer service. Last but not least Anna helped make sure i was all set to check out she was beyond polite. I typically never do reviews but these three individuals are most definitely not payed enough for the customer service they are putting out. Aug 4 a little before 8:30.”
