I stood waiting for balloons for 10 minutes. Called the store and got no answer. This is the second Kroger I went to for the same reasons.

Still waiting for grocery pickup over 2 hours now. Never again. No one will pick up the phone. They take reservations they can't service & don't let you know until you're 5 minutes away from your original pickup window. Charge your card right away though.

I like this location, better selection. Produce looks healthy all the time. Rare occasion of employee not knowing where something is, doesn't want to assist.
