She flawlessly and calmly took our clothes we had been holding and hung them on the rack near her and let us know she would be with us soon. Of course, we love the quality of clothing here.”

I find myself having to go to the one on university to get items that are out of stock (thier app is accurate about thier inventory 99% of the time, which is great). The vast majority of workers are very nice and helpful. Hopefully they keep this up!”

“I stopped through to do some shopping at the newer store of 5 Below which is now one of my top goto’s now! They have just about everything and more that you can imagine for mainly $5 and below with a few items that are beyond $5 but no more than $25 in total. Staff said "Good morning" with a smile upon her face! +1 I needed only 3 items but had to ask 2 different staff for help finding it,they were both friendly. +1 Got to the register and 2 more staff told me I could avoid waiting in line by coming to their register. +1 Two other staff gave compliments on my outfit. +1 Wow, I've never felt so cared for in a big box store! Atop that the current miserable attitudes found across the customer service sector made this shopping experience fantastic. I was so pleased that even after noticing my clearance item rang up at regular price (+$6), I ain't even mad nor going back to address it. They win! Well done folks, keep rocking that energy!!!”

“This FD store is WAY better than 1711 S. Main! Every time I go in here the CSR's always greet me at the door plus, they actually say THANK YOU!! I will never shop at Main St again.
