“Great selection of clothes. Friendly & helpful staff. Great prices. I like I can order on the website and return or exchange at the store. The Chenal location has plenty of parking. They open early on Sat (9am). With prices soaring on everything Old Navy still has affordable clothes. I get all my comfy (sweats, PJs, workout, winter) clothes here. I try to buy vintage, thrift, recycle, reuse, etc for the planet & landfills. Things like workout pants, sports bras & items you shouldn't buy used I am able to get here. The clothes I have bought here last years which prevents them being tossed in landfills after a couple of uses like fast fashion.”
“A lot of good options at every fair prices. Me and my wife come here often and are never disappointed. More notably, the staff is polite and professional. We were in the store close to closing during our most recent visit and employees were still helping customers find items and were patient and pleasant while assisting customers at the register. There was a situation where another customer was being rude and getting loud with the staff while we were there. The entire staff stayed calm, professional, and treated the man just as kindly as they were the rest of us. Props to Dylan, the store manager, and another employee who were kind and professional even when the customer was less than deserving of that patience and kindness. We were super impressed with the professionalism of everyone working there tonight.”

“I’ve been coming here for a little over a year since I had my first child. Every time I’ve went into the store has been a great experience. My son went to the “mom of the store” behind the counter and was so happy with her he rejected his own mom, he was more than happy to stay with a lady he’s never met before. And he doesn’t go to anyone. It shows a lot about the people who work there. He knows they’re amazing people. They found them a little cash register worker for free”
