Benton store is understaffed. Lines at three checkouts left no one to help customers at cosmetics counter. After long wait, I left without a purchase. However the staff I did interact with were trying to help and were pleasant in spite of being overwhelmed.

Lovely jewelry selection. I do wish they had more costume jewelry like Betsey Johnson but I do like their selection. They do have some Vera Bradley, but I didn't love the pricing especially since they were on sale. I wish they carried some older prints.
