“The very first day I found interest in Pinnacle Ridge apartments Saqusia called me and set up a time for viewing what would be the apartment I am living in . The process was smooth and stress free . Lisa was also a great help! They make a great team! Saqusia was very sweet and kind. She made me of aware of all the information needed to make the transition go smoothly. My stay so far has been very peaceful looking forward to enjoying my new home and the wonderful view on the 3rd floor. The picture below shows the sunset.”

“Being a skeptic by nature, it’s easy for me to entertain preconceived notions and to “judge a book by its cover”. My first interaction with The Waters @ Chenal went nothing like I had anticipated. Everyone, from the receptionist to the maintenance personnel, were extremely kind, attentive and helpful to two jaded and weary apartment hunters. Jaikyera and Marisa helped us find exactly what we needed at an affordable price. Although there are only 5 stars, they truly deserve 10! What a wonderful place to live!”

“We love living here!! We’ve had a few maintenance issues here and there, and management has always been extremely responsive in getting everything fixed. We’ve never had to wait more than a few hours for someone to come by to fix whatever is going on, and usually it’s faster than that. Shawna, the property manager, is amazing, and she’s always greeted me by name when she sees me. The floor plans are great with plenty of room, and the facilities are kept up to date and clean. We love it here!”

“Hello I've been here for 2 months now and I really do love my apartment ..This place is so quiet and the grounds are well kept..One complaint is why don't the laundry be open on Saturday alot of people can't wash till the weekend cause of work..other than that I am very happy with the office staff and maintenance they all deserve a ⭐ always remember in order for us to have a safe and comfortable complex it will take us all coming together as a team and I promise everything will be great .”
“Haven’t moved in but I scheduled an appointment to view the property and Cana Gibson was an absolute delight! Made it such a fun time to tour the units, gave me more information than I could think of at the time, she took her time viewing the units, has the best patience in the world. She went over the different prices and availability, as well with the move in specials that was going on this month. An absolute delight! Shopping for an apartment is such a headache and hassle for me but Cana made it easy and just a pleasurable time. Thanks so much! Looking forward to the next steps I need to take.”

“I’ve been a resident here for one year. The staff here shortly after transitioning to new management got on top of solving concerning matters of the residence. The changes in sanitation and safety was tackled and addressed quickly. The market rate for the space provided along with the amenities that have been made available to residence is above fair . I love the professionalism of staff and availability. The property is now to the 8/10 rating with just a little more to grow .”
