“Love, LoVe, LOVE living at FootHills Apartments!!! I feel safe and secure! There are only 8 tenets (phase 1) in my building and it is only 2 story! My bedroom and living room are outside walls only! The staff and maintenance are so friendly and prompt when you need anything! It feels more like a community than just an apartment!”

The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. I feel so lucky to live here! I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this community offers.”
“Since I've moved in, I've experienced a LOT of things, some bad, some ugly, etc. But I LOVE my unit and the staff here are Awesome, Hardworking people! Ms. Nicole had to put up with me in my moments of terror, having little time to move, but she hung in there with me throughout the entire process, She and the Desk Staff are absolutely Beautiful, caring individuals who would help me with Anything!!!! “Hello, I absolutely love this place. I love the front desk lady Xandria! She is very helpful and attentive to all my questions and my concerns about the company. She gave me good advice and I ended up moving in all because of her help and friendly advice and just being helpful. Everyone in the office is friendly, but Xandria went above and beyond. She needs to be kept there!!”

“I toured a 1 bedroom/1bathroom I'm early July then I decided to move here. The application process was easy and I was able to pay online. The movie process was simple. I like that I was given an electronic key. The apartment I was given was clean and looked exactly like the model apartment I was shown. I have been here for 2 months now and I love living downtown and being within walking distance to restaurants. I have had two maintenance requests and they were completed promptly. The staff here is nice.”
“I left a review yesterday regarding some concerns I have had. Within 24 hours, the apartment complex reached out to hear my concerns and to provide updates concerning them. That is tremendous service! No other apartments I have stayed at have done that. Valet trash and the responsiveness of the front office and maintenance staff are great benefits to staying here.”
“I see many bad reviews about this property I believe those are maybe outdated. I don't know what happened in the past but right now management is on it! All of the administration not just the management are professional and they treated me with real kindness as if I was related to them they quickly processed my application and helped me every step of the way as if I was related to them or they benefited from my well-being. I was pleasantly surprised to see a renovated unit with all new appliances. I did have to make 1 maintenance request so far and maintenance came right away with a good attitude. Also all of the facilities are very clean and in good condition everything works the laundry room the mail room/ park everything is in good clean order. I realize low income communities sometimes have problems but that comes with mismanagement and I just want to say this place is improving and if you want a good place to stay and you have a can-do attitude you can help make a community a better place as well. So please by all means don't let the comments discourage you from trying to find a great place to live at an affordable rate!”
“I ended up having to back out of my lease last minute due to personal reasons after being approved. Gavin made sure I was taken care of and that my lease was canceled. He made the process of applying, then having to cancel (lol) a breeze. Great customer service.”

“I lived there from December 2019- may 2022. It was a decent experience, however, while I was there the maintenance was understaffed and getting someone out was often delayed. I am unaware if they have resolved the issue, since I no longer live here. They do have 2 pools and are close to plenty of shopping centers and also a park. Overall the experience was nice especially when it became under new management.”
