“Kim and Tessa are the best management team I have lived at DLP now for almost 3 yrs and love it .Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues and I have only had 1 minor issue and the grounds are kept.clean and nice .My grandk8ds moved here as well and.absoluyely love the playground and pool and the sidewalk around center courtyard is perfect for them bikeriding Lots of great neighbors ..3 yrs I have been here Iha e never seen the police have to be called out to Apts for anything and very safe complex. Best part is having washer and dryer provided in apartment ...”
“If something breaks and needs to be fixed, they get on top of it as soon as they can. Safe place for children , and it has a pool. I have no problems with my neighbors.”

“I have been here since November 2018. I have had no problems. I love the leasing manager. She is fair and understanding. She is very empathetic towards all the tenants. She believes in treating others the way you would want to be treated.UPDATE...This leasing manager showed her true self. I constantly had problems with an upstairs neighbor. The neighbor threatened me several times. I recorded messages that the neighbor left and went to police. When I told the leasing manager this, she came to my door, telling ME that I was getting EVICTED. She claimed the owner told her to do it. But, I remembered she told me, she could do what she wanted to do in that complex. BE CAREFUL OF WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING!!!”
“My husband and I lived at the Williamsburg apartments for a little over a year and a half. We were initially drawn in by the affordable rent and it's proximity to the university, which were huge benefits to us. During our time there we found the apartments to be very safe and comfortable. What took our experience above and beyond were the improvements made by the new property manager, McKenzie. She has gone above and beyond to improve outdoor and indoor spaces, as well as handle any maintenance requests promptly and with professionalism. We would recommend!”
“I love this property, the head manager Joan Mitchell is awesome very understanding and helpful, i checked the reviews and the reviews that people MADE was durning the time she had an assistant, i can’t lie the place was a mess with the assistant being there??♀️, Joan Mitchell is back running the property at 100% and it’s looking GREAT! “I came to Jonesboro to work and live in these apartments now. Only been here a couple of weeks but I like it. These arent luxury apartments but things are clean, everyone I've met is nice, there is a washer/dryer in the apartment and the rent is only 500 bucks. There is plenty of parking, lots of dumpsters, a pool, its convenient to many things in Jonesboro and the office staff is helpful and friendly. I'm glad I came here. When I think of the other places I was considering, I cant imagine that I would have liked any place better.”
