“They eventually get around to fixed and repairs. The maintenance guy here is great. He is thorough and quick and will communicate what to expect so i appreciate that.The ladies at the office rock. Sometimes they ride around the complex in a golf cart and hand out candy for the kids. They are all very friendly and handle matters professionally and i think they always try to do their best to help as much as they can.Right now my only issue is that my washing machine is unnaturally loud anytime it is on the spin cycle.. We can’t hear our TV over it. It sounds like it is going to fall through the floor. I have put in 2 calls and the maintenance guy did come to fix it but the part he replaced definitely didn't solve the issue with the volume. It just made it more steady.”

“I have been here since November 2018. I have had no problems. I love the leasing manager. She is fair and understanding. She is very empathetic towards all the tenants. She believes in treating others the way you would want to be treated.UPDATE...This leasing manager showed her true self. I constantly had problems with an upstairs neighbor. The neighbor threatened me several times. I recorded messages that the neighbor left and went to police. When I told the leasing manager this, she came to my door, telling ME that I was getting EVICTED. She claimed the owner told her to do it. But, I remembered she told me, she could do what she wanted to do in that complex. BE CAREFUL OF WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING!!!”

“I lived here for 5 years and was very pleased with the apartment and the staff. The price was very reasonable and the one-bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. My favorite feature was the courtyard for walking and just enjoying a natural area. Staff was very helpful and quick to respond to any maintenance or noise issues. It is down the street from a school, so there is a lot of traffic in the morning and late afternoon but that is the only real drawback I had. I highly recommend the Meadows!”

“My husband and I lived at the Williamsburg apartments for a little over a year and a half. We were initially drawn in by the affordable rent and it's proximity to the university, which were huge benefits to us. During our time there we found the apartments to be very safe and comfortable. What took our experience above and beyond were the improvements made by the new property manager, McKenzie. She has gone above and beyond to improve outdoor and indoor spaces, as well as handle any maintenance requests promptly and with professionalism. We would recommend!”

“I came to Jonesboro to work and live in these apartments now. Only been here a couple of weeks but I like it. These arent luxury apartments but things are clean, everyone I've met is nice, there is a washer/dryer in the apartment and the rent is only 500 bucks. There is plenty of parking, lots of dumpsters, a pool, its convenient to many things in Jonesboro and the office staff is helpful and friendly. I'm glad I came here. When I think of the other places I was considering, I cant imagine that I would have liked any place better.”

“I love this property, the head manager Joan Mitchell is awesome very understanding and helpful, i checked the reviews and the reviews that people MADE was durning the time she had an assistant, i can’t lie the place was a mess with the assistant being there??♀️, Joan Mitchell is back running the property at 100% and it’s looking GREAT! I’m glad she’s back! She’s really a helpful person with a great heart! and willing to HELP anybody! If your looking for a 3 bedroom please visit her property!”

“Lake Maddox and Brett Hall were an amazing help during my time at stadium view! They was very patience as well as very helpful whenever I needed anything. They made the stay there 10 times better than it already was. I recommend anyone living at stadium view it is truly a great place to live! Lake was amazing at talking and communicating with me! Brett was great whenever I needed something fixed. I even watched him pressure wash my patio deck! Really awesome of those guys”

“My Fiancé and I have rented through Sulcer Rentals on multiple occasions and have always had a pleasant experience. We moved to Jonesboro in 2015 and we chose to rent with them throughout the years and I’m glad we have all the times we did and still currently. When ever our refrigerator wasn’t working properly, they immediately came out to fix it. I’ve lived in apartments pretty much my entire life, and these apartments have always been clean. Never have I had any issues.”
