“Had a great experience today. We were looking to buy a small sleeper sofa and the lady assisting us asked if we were buying it for a bedroom, which we were. She showed us the measurements of the size of sofa we would need to get to fit down the hallway to our bedroom. She was honest about them not having many sleeper sofas in that size, and not at all pushy about us buying one of them. So on our own, we decided to get a recliner instead. It was her honesty and advice that helped us decide to get the recliner. It was also on sale for half price. Very satisfied with the customer service and the product!”

“Of course I walk in and immediately am lost. There was one gentleman organizing piping and politely helped point me in the right direction. There was also another gentleman in the paint section who helped reinsure me of my choices, amazing customer service. Last but not least Anna helped make sure i was all set to check out she was beyond polite. I typically never do reviews but these three individuals are most definitely not payed enough for the customer service they are putting out. Aug 4 a little before 8:30.”

“It was a okay experience did some training with my SDIT and the customers left me alone. I was about to go to the bathroom in peace and look at somethings. Might want to consider adding benches around the store for people who are severely disabled so they don't have to rest on the floor for medical reasons”

“So herr is one I am not a fan of. Now this is why I gave them a 4 star rating. Choices they have them. Cost range from the average to very expensive. They let me walk around to see if there was anything I wanted and did not bother me. Now if I could just get over the way they treated me after the sale years ago. I would probably be a bigger customer.”
