“We had the absolute west experience with AVIS for two straight days. But, these guys! These guys went above and beyond for us to get us back on the road. Mario and Phil are definitely the guys to see if going through AVIS. They actually car. If he isn't already, Mario needs to be a manager and/promoted in the company. Take pride in employees like him. Without them, AVIS would be the absolute worst choice for rental cars.”
“I just wanted to give a massive Thank you to customer service agent Jaqueline and the detail agent that gave me a ride to my servicing dealership Vinnie. They truly took great care of me. I had a car that went in for a breakdown late Wednesday afternoon (before the Thanksgiving holiday) at around 5:30pm. I thought the car would’ve been repaired no later than Saturday, but this did not happen, so I called on a Saturday, to the Enterprise call center, and had them reserve a vehicle for Monday. However, it turned out I only utilized the car for about 3 hours, but, I still commend the Cabot office (Jaqueline to be specific) for exceptional professionalism, and working all the logistic issues for me. They had my reservation, and I had no hassles whatsoever. I sincerely felt like I was a friend over being JUST a customer. I have had to use this office three different times, and each one has been outstanding. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back if a need arises. Fantastic job, and Thank You!!!!”
“Kind staff. Good vehicle. Reasonably priced. I am happy with the service they provided. Because this is not an airport site, I would highly suggest that you make a reservation at least one week in advance of needing the vehicle if it's not for use during vehicle maintenance. I made a reservation, and the process was smooth. They even arranged to pick me up; cannot leave a vehicle in the lot. The only issue I had was that the car smelled like an e-cig or maybe it was just a similar scent. I will use this rental service again.”
“I attended a conference in Little Rock, Arkansas. When I got to the Enterprise counter I was tired and aggravated. I was greeted with a smile & welcome to Little Rock by Sarah. She apologized for not having the car I reserved and offered me an upgrade. She was friendly, funny and made me feel much better. Enterprise I'm a Financial Service manager at Verizon who supervices 24 customer service representative. I love Sarah energy and I would be ecstatic to have her on my team. Even the customer behind me was laughing. Sarah was bubbly, empathetic, friendly and a great help. She turned my frown into a smile. You should be proud to have her on your team.”

“In a world of bad customer service and customer service representatives that are rude and not caring, it’s refreshing to run across someone who’s doing it right. That would be the budget car rental at McCain mall in North Little Rock. I had to go on a business trip and the manager went way above the call of duty to help me get a car for the week. He didn’t have to do half the things he did but he did it anyway and that shows me what kind of integrity he has. I will always rent a car from this location. I recently retired but if I had my business I would hire him away from here in a heartbeat. Thank you budget!”
