“Took my mother in laws older car here. Was supposed to be a quick brake job however was informed of a larger issue. I authorized with the recommended work to which other things failed. Unlike other Mechanics, they informed me of every issue along the way and even helped with some parts that were defective. Trustworthy service like this is few and far between now a days but I will not take my cars anywhere else but here.”

“Great repair place. They were up front and honest about what might need to be done and when it came down to it, they got it repaired for $100s less than what the dealership quoted. There is t much communication as this is a small operation so just be patient and trust that your car is in good hands. He’ll give you an idea of the time it’ll take but keep in mind, there are many other impatient people that’ll be calling and complaining about the lack of communication and lack of it being done when THEY expect it to be! If you are patient then it’ll get done right and less than the dealerships!*PSA: I’ll say, for those reading this, these are just good ole mechanics with a lifetimes experience. They are not “make you feel comfortable and be as professional as possible” kinda guys. Don’t judge them for being short and to the point as pleasantries and comforting you isn’t the priority. Repairing your vehicle for a REASONABLE and affordable cost is what they do. Let them do that!Adjust your expectations instead of expecting them to change when the outcome is professional, reliable & QUALITY service!”

We had her towed to Jacksonville and Quality Transmission did diagnostics on her car and discovered it was not her transmission but a sensor which was an easy fix. We appreciate the honesty and integrity they showed her and we would recommend them to anyone!”

“I have a vehicle that was purchased 10/2019 that had 23 miles on it. I’ve taken it to this dealer for servicing several times and they’ve told me nothing was wrong with it several times, still charging me for services. I took it at 59k miles for a potential engine problems and nothing was done. Ive taken it routinely since for inspections, tire rotations, oil changes.. and no issues noted. The sound was still a problem, which turned into a jerk/up shift in which I feel that i told them or they should have caught and nothing was done. I had taken it to get a tune up while in Arizona, @SunDevil Auto on 9/2023 with 107000 miles on it. I drove it back home to Arkansas 9/22/2023. I told them the issues it was having with upshifting. When I had gotten back, my car was making noises still so I took it to gwatney Chevrolet who I typically would take it to. They told me that the camshaft was harmed by the lifter which would cost me upward 9000$. I explained to them that I had been here several times and I was informed that they usually don’t fixed something unless it’s completely failed. No one ever told me this issue would likely to happen soon or anything. I need them to cover this, because it was due to their automotive servicing neglect that this occurred.Edit: my initial reaction was to give 2 stars…after some thought and research I don’t even think it’s a gwatney issue in totality, rather than a GM issue.”

“I absolutely love the Haunted Car Wash they do around Halloween. I love all the actors/attendants as they really go above and beyond to bring their characters to life. My favorite is Pennywise, Freddy Krueger. I would absolutely love to have a chance to be a part of something like this with a character I could bring to life and have others enjoy coming to see everyone perform. “Very good experience working with this shop. The price was amazing as well as the work and advice. I had him rebuild/build up my 700R4. Went back into my 91 Camaro with 400-450hp/torque. The stock 700R4 only lasted about 3 weeks after I did the engine swap. After talking to Donny about my goals for my car and transmission, he told me he could build it up to handle it no problem, even gave advice on adding in some extra parts and skipping useless parts. Been driving it around for a year and it's a very solid transmission build, it accents my Kilduff Lightning Rod shifter very well. Will definitely be going back here for any further transmission work.”

“The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, is that despite me dropping off my truck precisely when they wanted it, and rode my bicycle 2.5 miles back to the house they didn't get done with the front end alignment until several hours after the estimated time they stated. That's still not why they lost a star. I was a mechanic for years, I understand things don't go as planned in general. They did good work, but instead of calling me as they said they would when they were finished, my truck sat in the parking lot for 3 more hours before I called them to see what was up. I really needed to have my truck done by noon, like they said they could do. They were finished shortly after lunch but the truck sat on the lot, finished all afternoon when I needed to be hauling furniture. So aggravating. Probably would have only gave them 3 stars, but I really enjoyed the nap I took after a leisurely lunch. It was glorious!”
