“Had a flat on front driver side leaving Heber last Friday around 4 pm. We were in a bad spot right before going over the Dam. We called Bartlett Tire and it didn’t take very long for them to get to us and change our tire. Meanwhile, a very nice Policeman came up and directed traffic.
We went back to Bartlett tire and had the tire checked out. They were super nice and very friendly. Thanks for helping us out in a bad situation!!”

“Over and Beyond service! Mike Ferg's crew and staff are outstanding. On my first visit I felt very welcome and they appreciated my business. Ferg's definitely performs a thorough diagnostics of your vehicle and are up front on the repairs necessary for your vehicle. I'm from central Arkansas and my truck broke down on the way to Greers Ferry. I navigated to Ferg's on Google search. My radiator blew, cylinder head, plugs and wires, water pump, timing chain, gaskets and all were presented to me when I made an appearance to pick up my truck after repairs were finished. Ferg's took time out to explain what repairs were done at a minimal price. Ferg's kept me abreast of the repairs by text, phone calls and emails. Ferg's touched base with me periodically to inform me of the status of repairs. Ferg's is a jewel to Cleburne county and perhaps all of Arkansas. “Diagnosed a problem with the generator and showed me how to reset the trip breaker. Repaired some minor damage to the driver side rear panel and made it invisible. He winterized my motor home also. Very good service.”

I had my Jeep in two other shops and they couldn't fix it.... Browns found the problem and fixed it. He said they would and did .
