“June 7, 2023 I came in with a flat tire. They did not have my tire in stock. They took down my spare, aired it up and replaced my flat tire with it. They did this quickly and without charging me for their time, which I would have gladly paid for. Service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you.”

“Over and Beyond service! Mike Ferg's crew and staff are outstanding. On my first visit I felt very welcome and they appreciated my business. Ferg's definitely performs a thorough diagnostics of your vehicle and are up front on the repairs necessary for your vehicle. I'm from central Arkansas and my truck broke down on the way to Greers Ferry. I navigated to Ferg's on Google search. My radiator blew, cylinder head, plugs and wires, water pump, timing chain, gaskets and all were presented to me when I made an appearance to pick up my truck after repairs were finished. Ferg's took time out to explain what repairs were done at a minimal price. Ferg's kept me abreast of the repairs by text, phone calls and emails. Ferg's touched base with me periodically to inform me of the status of repairs. Ferg's is a jewel to Cleburne county and perhaps all of Arkansas.
