“This storage facility is reasonably priced and seems to be well run. The unit we rented was clean. The drive ways are blacktop and inside flooring is cement. A good Padlock comes with the initial fee that you keep. I definitely recommend this place.”

“Usually have to enter my gate code a few times before it lets me in. At least there's a sensor to exit the facility. The key pads on the building doors don't work very well either. Seems like whoever installed them could have done a better job. I shouldn't have to hold the door and press in my numbers on the keypad at the same time. Nobody is ever in the office or onsite, so hopefully you don't have any problems whole you're there. Otherwise it's a really clean facility, the locks work super good (I can't even access my stuff half the time). It's not paved all the way around all of the buildings, so be careful on the back side.”

“Usually I really look into these reviews before hiring someone to do a job or before going somewhere, but today I didn’t have time to care about stars or reviews...After my experience with hart to hart today I will be Rethinking my process of eliminationI called them this afternoon as I needed to be moved out of my apartment by tonight (thinking I could get a prorate and stay for a couple more days but was denied) They showed up two hours after my last minute phone call , all of the movers in great spirits, they were all very friendly and I can say that is not some thing I would be while moving as much heavy furniture as I had from the second floor of an apartment.. They had my entire house loaded up in under an hour((3 guys moved my stuff out of the apartment and 2 unloaded everything at the storage unit)!once we got to my storage unit I had to go 5 miles away to Walmart to get a lock while they were unloading by the time I got back they were waiting on me As their job was done!! And don’t say they just stuck around to be paid because they had already been paid they simply knew I would be back quickly and didn’t want to leave my stuff unattended without a lock... I will definitely be requesting RAHMEL AND GREG when my stuff is being moved from the storage unit to my new apartmentSERIOUSLY DONT LET. THESE BAD REVIEWS TURN YOU OFF FROM USING THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE WAYYYYY MORE THAN 3 STAR WORTHY”
