They moved us in June of this year. We paid for 100% coverage because accidents happen. We have YET to have our insurance paid out after submitting pictures as well as receipts for damaged/broken items. They are great movers but have zero interest in follow up. Very poor service, they came out promised to have a quote ready in two days and we never heard back. I called three times and never got a response! Very poor customer service!
