“Moving isn't fun, but A. Harris made it as painless as possible. Jonathan and Justin showed up early/on time. When the security gate to my storage unit wouldn't open, their boss was flexible with the hourly rate (without my asking). The crew was friendly, fast, and careful. And they didn't even complain about all the boxes of books. We even managed to slip in a convo about literature! I hope I don't have to move again for a long time, but I would definitely use this company again if/when I do.”

“Usually have to enter my gate code a few times before it lets me in. At least there's a sensor to exit the facility. The key pads on the building doors don't work very well either. Seems like whoever installed them could have done a better job. I shouldn't have to hold the door and press in my numbers on the keypad at the same time. Nobody is ever in the office or onsite, so hopefully you don't have any problems whole you're there. Otherwise it's a really clean facility, the locks work super good (I can't even access my stuff half the time). It's not paved all the way around all of the buildings, so be careful on the back side.”

“Great options for RV and Boat storage. Each stall has a hookup and is well covered. There is a dumpster and an RV dump station on site as well. 24hr access. The facility feels very safe at all hours and is well lit!”

“We are very happy we called Koller moving and Storage. From the beginning, they have been very accommodating. We struggled to get in touch with them by phone. Fortunately we’re able to message with them via Facebook. We scheduled a move and then rescheduled at our request because of rain. Justin and Robert worked very efficiently to load up our household goods for an across town move to a storage unit. They did an amazing job of getting all of our items into the 20 x 10 storage unit and we were only charged for the services we needed. We will definitely be calling them back when it’s time to move our household furniture into our new house in three months.”
