“Great, patient, and overall great friendly service was helpful in anyway possible. Patient in helping us set up the iPhone and even set up all accounts needed. Very professional I’d recommend anyone who is with cricket wireless or planning to use their services to try this location. First location we tried on Rogers were unorganized but they just opened so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Oh and the two lovely women were also helpful with other customers and were great with Spanish speakers. I give them 5 stars. Great overall experience even when we took forever they were great. “Paid 30 bucks to get everything transferred, guy helping us sent us out with the phone updating no wifi nothing transferred had to call customer service to get something's transferred it was not a good experience. Also guy working with us said he wasn't very technical aware”

I wanted to transfer my phone number to my T-Mobile phone and it's been a week and it still hasn't been done, he lied about somethings and he couldn't do his job properly. Always ask for Jett he knows what he is doing and gets it done right”
“Every time I go into their store these guys are so nice…Everyone that I have dealt with in the store knows exactly what they’re doing… I have had a visit to a different store and not the same experience . I am on my son‘s plan and I explained to him what happened and he said go to the corporate store and he found it on Google ..He gave me the address and said go there and nowhere else. I am so happy that I did and I won’t go anywhere else. “Service has been kind to me other than the last 10 years of service at a reasonable price my current phone doesn't do sms which is a problem for me. Other than that I have been from Gulf Shores Alabama as far west as Southern Utah and Las Vegas and I've never had an issue”
