“Because Christy at the Phoenix location in Fort Smith Arkansas was beyond amazing if I could give a thousand stars I would Christy made everything so easy and a very smooth transaction she really treated us like family she was so professional and went above and beyond for us. After purchasing my order she even called the next day to make sure everything was ok. “Every time I go into their store these guys are so nice…Everyone that I have dealt with in the store knows exactly what they’re doing… I have had a visit to a different store and not the same experience . I am on my son‘s plan and I explained to him what happened and he said go to the corporate store and he found it on Google ..He gave me the address and said go there and nowhere else. I am so happy that I did and I won’t go anywhere else. I’m confident that if I have an issue they will fix it ..if I need to purchase some things they will help me.Every time I have walked out of that door I have walked out being very happy and confident that I was taken care of. thank you T-Mobile for making me feel like I am a valued client And for such an awesome corporate office that I have 100% confidence in that will take care of my phone!”

“In the past I have had a nightmare time trying to switch phone service. I was extremely pleasantly surprised at the service and competence at this location when switching service to T-Mobile. Christy was absolutely fantastic! She took care of all three lines in very short order. She answered all questions that I had explained everything I needed to know. I would recommend this location and this associate without hesitation. My fourth line is for a grandmother in New Mexico, and even in that Christy was there as much as she could to answer any questions and help in the process.Sadly, my review for that location in Bernalillo, New Mexico is quite different.”
“Great, patient, and overall great friendly service was helpful in anyway possible. Patient in helping us set up the iPhone and even set up all accounts needed. Very professional I’d recommend anyone who is with cricket wireless or planning to use their services to try this location. First location we tried on Rogers were unorganized but they just opened so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Oh and the two lovely women were also helpful with other customers and were great with Spanish speakers. I give them 5 stars. Great overall experience even when we took forever they were great. “Paid 30 bucks to get everything transferred, guy helping us sent us out with the phone updating no wifi nothing transferred had to call customer service to get something's transferred it was not a good experience. Also guy working with us said he wasn't very technical aware”

“Service has been kind to me other than the last 10 years of service at a reasonable price my current phone doesn't do sms which is a problem for me. Other than that I have been from Gulf Shores Alabama as far west as Southern Utah and Las Vegas and I've never had an issue”

“This review is specifically for the Cox store not Cox in general. I had several problems with my service over the summer and after 3-4 calls to Cox it was recommended I try a new modem. The nice lady on the phone said I could rent one from them for not much $ so I headed to the Cox store to pick one up. The friendly young man in the store was super fast and super nice. I was in and out in about a minute. Btw - the new modem fixed my problem so definitely happy.”
