We are very happy we called Koller moving and Storage. From the beginning, they have been very accommodating. We struggled to get in touch with them by phone. Fortunately we’re able to message with them via Facebook. We scheduled a move and then rescheduled at our request because of rain. Justin and Robert worked very efficiently to load up our household goods for an across town move to a storage unit. They did an amazing job of getting all of our items into the 20 x 10 storage unit and we were only charged for the services we needed. We will definitely be calling them back when it’s time to move our household furniture into our new house in three months.

They moved us in June of this year. We paid for 100% coverage because accidents happen. We have YET to have our insurance paid out after submitting pictures as well as receipts for damaged/broken items. They are great movers but have zero interest in follow up. We have called and emailed for updates repeatedly with no resolution.

Very poor service, they came out promised to have a quote ready in two days and we never heard back. I called three times and never got a response! Very poor customer service!

This company was chosen to do my military move from our house in the country near Poteau, OK to Minot AFB, ND. They did a pre move inspection originally. And besides the electricity being off.. which was an easy fix.. they seemed to be making up reasons not to do the move. The lady I spoke to had a horrible snotty attitude from the beginning about everything. And since it failed I had to go through a long process of having a QA inspector review it ( who said he didn't see why they had failed it originally) and tell me basically to move some stuff around and take pictures. Meanwhile I'm in North Dakota trying to learn my job and sleeping on air mattresses in an empty house trying to figure out how to get all this done from up here. this was in May. Now it's July and my move was supposed to finally happen today. Well apparently since nobody has lived there for months an opossum was roaming around there and made a mess and there were some bugs that they are saying are cockroaches. So they have again canceled my move. Even though the original cancellation is why it is even in that state. And again the same lady had the same horrible attitude about everything. And now I'm having to go through the exact same process apparently. I'm trying to figure out another way of doing this since I can't afford to pay rent on 2 places anymore. Never could really.Suffice to say I would only use this place if you like really snobby people and unreasonably high standards.

Melissa Koller and Koller Moving and Storage were so helpful today! I’ve been desperately trying to get my dresser up the stairs to no avail! Mom and Dad moved into a smaller house and they brought two pieces to my house. Very professional, friendly and helpful! Definitely would recommend to anyone needing help moving!

I used them 4/23/21 for a in state move , they were terrific, first I had to cancel for a issue out of state, then I emailed them back and told them I was no longer going and could she put me back on the schedule and she did. The two guys were on time , stayed in communication with me , the worked fast , and very hard , disassembled and Reassemble when I got to my new place and I told her a certain price I didn’t want to go over not only did they not go over, but far below, I can’t thank them enough , I would recommend them to anybody and if I move again will use them again .

Super efficient and knowledgeable!! Even though the conditions were less than perfect, they got right to it and got it done with no snags!!They are wonderful to work with!!I highly recomend them to anyone who needs any kind of moving or storage!!

To begin I will state that this is the 5th moving company I have used, so I have multiple experiences to compare this to. The good: When I called the ladies on the phone were super sweet and helpful. The movers themselves were nice and respectful. The bad: When I called to schedule my move I went through all of the rooms of my house but expressed to the person on the phone that we had a LOT of stuff and asked if they should send someone out to take a look. She assured me the truck would be big enough... the truck was not big enough and we had to leave several things behind and thus spend the next two days making multiple trips to move the rest of our things. Cost: When I called I was told two men at x amount per hour. On moving day they showed up with three men. The gentleman in charge advised me that they brought a third person, it would be an up charge BUT he felt it was the better option to save us money and get the move completed sooner. We agreed of course, nobody likes to move, these guys are professionals so lets get it done quicker. This left one person to stack items in the truck and two to move - made sense to me. They moved SO SLOW it was painful. Every moving company I have used in the past the movers were "moving with a purpose" as we called it in the military. I understand they needed to give the guy in the truck time to stack and arrange but dang it. We finally get the truck loaded and we are ready to get down the road. The driver said he was going to take "the back way" basically for the drive to the new house - not the interstate. This raised concerns because old hwy 71 in Arkansas is hills and curves - we worried about our belongings. Upon arrival came the unloading. The driver was AWESOME at backing the truck into our new driveway uphill - serious props to THAT GUY! The unload went better than the loading. However, when they got to my fridge it got bad. They measured the door they wanted to take it into and decided it would not fit - but they were going to try it anyways. They got it on the dolly and tried, it did not fit and it was obvious very quickly. I expressed to them that they could take the doors off but they said no need as they continued to try. They had to take it back out the house and through the front door. Again, kudos to them because they had to pick it straight up about 4 feet to get it on the porch to get inside. The end result was my fridge is in the house but it is SCRATCHED all the way through the paint, my wood back door has a huge deep scratch in it, my front door has a similar scratch, my screen door frame also has similar scratches. This is a 3 month old $1,300 black fridge that now exhibits bright silver scratches. Next came my microwave, one of the feet on it was busted off, my entertainment center leg got completely broken, my dryer has a huge dent in the top of it, and as we continue to unpack we continue to find more things that are broken or smashed in some way. The guys showed up at my house at 10:00 am and left at 7:00 pm. I bought them lunch and gatorades and found out after the fact that I also paid for their lunch break. I would not complain at ALL about the overall price or quality of service if I had not paid the price I had paid. If I pay premium amounts I expect premium service, not the level of damage our belongings we incurred. I wouldn't even complain about the length of time it took because I certainly do not want to do it - hence I hired movers. I look at the idea that this is a professional moving company, I paid a premium cost, and I have never with any of the other moving companies I have used sustained this level of damage to my belongings.

These folks came and did a good evaluation of our load, showed up on time and did a good job. They delivered on time. They even packed things I had promised to pack with a very small up charge. On delivery they were able to put a paino into a place that looked impossible to go without damage. I was impressed enough that I gave them a tip.
