My girlfriend lived here and left a bad review and they responded telling her to email them and they’d help clear it up. She has emailed twice a day since then with no response.

Front desk folks are great! Management is predatory and will make up charges for anything and everything when you move out.

Apartment is nice. Management is a mess. I will be avoiding Scion apartments from now on.
Update: move-out process is a joke. Apartment complex nickel-and-dimed us every chance they got.
