“Perfectly located blocks from the University of Arkansa campus and the restaurants it's perfect housing. This property is owned by someone who cares and has a management company that takes great care of us. The house I live in is two stories and all the bedrooms are upstairs with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. It is awesome because my roommates can have people over and I can have privacy. I also love that it has a laundry room and half bath of the first floor. The property is also very pretty, there is a large courtyard with benches. I suggest this be your first and last visit when looking for a place to live.”

“I live in a duplex on Oakland Zion for 3 years and loved it. The neighbors were great and any maintenance issues were addressed immediately. Not sure why the others didn't call the office to have concerns addressed. I know some people just like to complain but the manager has no issues fixing anything. You just have to make the request and be available for the entrance to be able to fix.”

“I've loved living at the Cardinal, its right near campus and you don't have to worry about buses. The rooms are nice and if there is a problem the workers will do their best to solve it for you! Unfortunately, there is not enough room in the parking garage for all the residents. This has been an issue for me, but thankfully I was able to get a parking space for next year.”

“The Locale is awesome!!!! I love that they have guest parking for the guests and does cool and awesome giveaways like a baseball jersey and Stanley cup! They also have a really cool and awesome leasing consultant named Gaby!!!!”

We love the apartment. When we had a couple issues when we first moved in, management and maintenance both were quick, professional and friendly in taking care of our concerns.
