Visited before Christmas. Store was furnished with a wine bar for those few who might want to purchase a $100k 2 ct diamond ring. There is a tone of “stuffiness” present with staff high hopes of an over-priced diamond sale- which quickly led me to a different jewelry store in Fayetteville . I went to H Perry down the road where all my needs were met. We purchased a Rolex, got my jewelry repaired (they did not charge for the repair even before I bought the Rolly) and received great service.

Visited for the first time recently. They have such beautiful jewelry, and an amazing selection at all price points. Customer service was top notch. Annabelle was so kind, helpful and an absolute joy.

It’s easy to understand why this place has become such an institution over the years. Aside from the beautiful jewelry they make, their commitment to customer service is really impressive. Tiffany at Underwoods was awesome to work with. Professional, courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable. Tiffany took the time to understand what I wanted, asked questions, provided information, and made the entire engagement ring purchasing process easy. Along with having a 60+ year record in the area, Underwoods is also recognized by the Gemological Institute Of America. They take pride in their work, and it shows. With an in house team of jewelry designers and fabricators, Underwoods can help you find or create the perfect piece for you. They helped me design and create a custom engagement ring that will be in our family for generations. I won't be shopping anywhere else.

After having visited a competitor first and going there twice and receiving no return call, I went to Underwood’s and received amazing customer service with Taylor from the very beginning and throughout the process. She took me in and worked with me on possibilities immediately. And, she followed up with me regularly throughout the process. Taylor was absolutely amazing along with everyone else we encountered in Underwoods! She was patient, showed us many different styles of rings and different price ranges never pressuring us. We took in my mother-in-laws vintage wedding rings that she passed down to me to be repaired and cleaned. They did a phenomenal job and my rings look brand new! Cost was very reasonable, and they were ready quickly.
