Ok...there is customer service...and the there's Lisa B. This woman was not only knowledgeable but intuitive when it came to my needs. She possessed both a professional as well welcoming demeanor. I would recommend Ms. Lisa to anyone in need of ANYTHING involving their COX account.

5 stars ONLY for Miguel who helped me when I walked in. Don’t get cox internet unless it’s the only option available. Cox as a whole is about 2 stars out of 5
