(He wanted to switch from galaxy to iPhone so we had to change his number to get the promotional cost)She was VERY thorough in explaining hidden fees and costs we would see on our first few billing cycles. “I don't really recommend the Samsung S23. I have small hands and it barely fits to type on. It's also VERY slippery and I've already lost it twice due to slipping into the couch or lzboy.If I had known it was this small, I Def would not have purchased it.The T-MOBILE crew wad great though. “This is a nice, large Sam's Club. The traffic and parking here is a little crazy though especially the gas station. I like that it is conveniently located right off the interstate. The store itself is usually nicely stocked, lots of samples, beautiful fresh flowers, and has a larger than normal clothing area, in my opinion. The seafood and meat dept is also really large compared to other stores I have been to. The tire and battery section has a friendly staff that were helpful and knowledgable when I brought my car in yesterday for a tire roation. Here are my few issues: besides being crowded this is the only Sam's Club I have been to that many of the sale items I purchased rang up full price even after I verified via the app that they were in deed on sale. So I had to go to customer service after and go through the process of a refund. Also, when I called the store # to make a tire appt, it was sent to a call center. She made my appt at 130 but when I showed up today for my appt they said it was at 1 and they don't take appts on the half hour and they always have issues with the call center scheduling incorrectly. So I had to wait and be fit in for an appt. Frustrating that they are aware of this issue, but it is still happening.”
