“I went in and bought a bulb for my headlight, went to the dealership to get it installed and they made me sit there for two hours just to tell me I got the wrong bulb. Went back and the guy helped me get the new bulb, put it in for me, made sure it worked, all with having a smile on his face. Couldn’t have thanked him enough for making what I thought would be a bad day into a good one.”
“This is my second time using Brown’s collision for my 2021 Tacoma. Both instances the damage was fairly extensive, and on both occasions it was no problem whatsoever for these guys! This time it was my front end- hood damage, grill, fender, door, etc. They are quick, extremely friendly, prompt in answering phone calls and my numerous questions, and the work they’ve done has been phenomenal!!! I couldn’t recommend them more!!! If you are needing repairs for your vehicle, do not hesitate to give them a call, they will take care of you with the highest of standards!
