Mediocre customer service. You can feel a sense of annoying attitude from employees. Like if you are bothering for service and they give a sense of false kindness.

Always very pleasant and efficient. I do wish they had a self service kiosk as there is usually one one clerk at the counter.

They are so nice! Recommend I always ship with them and they are cool so like yeah I recommend :)
