“Had bad experience at a different location with wedding invitations going through machine upside down, therefore couldn’t be sent. Took the remainder to Heights location and the worker refused to hand stamp them. Brought them here (Hillcrest) yesterday, and the woman working was very kind and understood how important it was and had no problem hand stamping them. Appreciated her service!”

“I’ve read the reviews and was pretty Leary about coming here considering one of my packages seemed to come up missing which it didn’t it’s just with the holiday shipping packages may not necessarily get scanned they are just routed and show up LOL welp that happened to one of my customers packages. My personal experience with Ms Lisa was really good ever time I come in she is welcoming and truly helpful… I thank the postal staff for their hard work and dedication especially during the holiday season!”

“I mean it's the post office. The people are as friendly as they can be I guess and I came in there to get some information about a temporary change of address and come to find out that a temporary address change can take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days which is really hard to deal with. When you have important documents that are needing to come to your new address and your mail is in limbo, it's not going to the old address and is not going to the new address. So where is it? I don't know but they gave me some information and that's all I can really go with.”

I’ve only been to the actual building a few times, but the postage machine worked great. People forget to leave good reviews when things are going smoothly”
“Nice large lobby area, great staff working the counter. When they are busy additional staff come to help get customers moving through quickly. The preprinted drop area is ample size and for those that need them, supplies such as USPS large bags are right there.Easy to get in, and out, of the parking lot as well. I love the fact that the outside blue drop box has the door in the back to accept smaller boxes. This allows me to drop in, leave my small packages, and be on my way home quickly.Location is great as well. Right next door is a Dollar General so it is easy for me to choose this post office when dropping packages off.”
