“Friendly staff, always greeted with a smile. The room was clean, slightly dated & the bed was a little noisy. Breakfast was always pretty decent and overall was a quiet stay. Like others stated the entrance is a little tricky, having to merge into a lane where other drivers have the right of way. Would stay again.”

“I had a great stay at the Radisson. The rooms were clean and the people seemed friendly. The restaurant had one guy working as a server for dinner on a Saturday so service took a little while. Every table was dirty except 3 or so. He did the best he could. Not his fault being short staffed. Sunday breakfast was great. Every thing was clean and the pans were switched constantly to ensure quality food. I would definitely recommend this place.Noteworthy details: Close to everything in Yuma but tucked away enough to not hear the city life.”

“Great experience so far, very accommodating. Got me into a suite last minute. When I needed to extend my stay, they went out of their way to make it happen. Service was great, deep cleaned my room every two days or on request. Location is close to many stores and restaurants. It was a little too hot to use the pool area during my stay. Breakfast could use a little more variety on a daily basis, and maybe higher quality food, but it's not bad. I'd rather just walk across the street to the diner. Laundry costs 3 dollars for wash and dry. The gym has the minimum amount of equipment to get a workout.”

“We used the room for my parents 50th wedding dinner anniversary. Everyone at the hotel was so helpful and had great service. The front desk worker kept checking in on us and always kept the water full. Great room for small get together.”

“Best hotel with all the amenities necessary. I honestly don't know why this hotel only has 3.5 stars. The ambiance is updated and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There are countless amenities that are luxurious for the price point. Amenities include: Laundry ($2.00 for one cycle so $4.00 for wash & dry)Fitness roomGame roomMeeting/conference roomOutdoor heated poolBreakfast Free unlimited water, coffee, and juice (4 juices to choose)Rubber mat in the tubSoap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, mouthwash Makeup towel, shower caps10% off Applebee's next door when you show room keyOutlets and USB ports by each side of bedComfortable bed and window seatsI didn't really understand why the bedroom TV wasn't centered on the wall for the bed, but this wasn't a big deal for me. I also didn't understand why the kitchenette didn't have dishes, but again it wasn't a problem.I really loved my stay here and I will definitely be back when I am in the area.”

“Homewood suites in Yuma is a very big and nice hotel. You can tell. It’s very busy here all the time the staff here is incredibly kind and treat you like family. It’s not right next to an interstate so that is nice there is food surrounding this hotel, any direction you look and every type of food that you would like from fast food to very nice sitdown restaurants there’s a huge shopping center on the other side of the intersection that has pretty much anything that you need. I was down here getting dental work done so it was a 12 minute drive to los Algodones. The management here cares for their customers you can tell there was a situation I had to deal with and they were right there to make sure everything was smooth and that I was happy highly recommend staying at this particular Homewood suites

Food and drinks: There’s every kind of restaurant around you here within walking distance or less than a half a mile of drive”

“This was the second time staying here, once in April on our way to the Eastern Seaboard and today on the way back. A few nights on the way out and just one night on the way back. Its my new stopover when heading to or from our home base of San Diego. We stayed here in a 40' DP with Toad.”

“Stayed here for two nights for work, and I found the cleanliness and service to be great! I travel for work a lot so it's nice to have a friendly and personable front desk attendant like Noel. The rooms are clean and toiletries are well stocked. The water pressure is good and warmed up quite quickly. For the price, this Wingate is a great value. Convenient to the highway and across from a shopping plaza. Breakfast is complimentary, very standard, but timely.”

“We loved our 3 night stay! Clean & quiet! Courteous staff & all necessary amenities! Beautiful grounds (Bougainvillea was amazing!)Breakfasts across the street were excellent! Pool, WIFI, laundry, excellent location for our dental appointments in Los Algodones!”

“Large, clean, pleasant room. Little noise. Working air con, that worked. Black out curtains, very helpful. Decent location in Yuma, easy access to highway, eating, shopping, coffee.
We like to stay here and rates are reasonable. Microwave, refrigerator, but no coffee maker, which would be a plus. We enjoyed the pool but it could use some makeover. It sure beats these cheapo, not so cheapo high rise hotels.”

“With a name like "Royal Motor Inn" I was expecting a place like the Cozy Cone Motel from the movie "Cars"... the motel with the cones? That's literally what I was expecting so thus I was a little let down when the buildings were not shaped like Orange traffic cones. But hey you know what they say.”

“I love the pet friendliness of this hotel. I am traveling with my two pups and the walking trails to the dog park with plenty of potty bags/trash bins along the way are such a stress relief. The rooms are nice, the motion detector was a little freaky but I guess it's efficient for energy use.Nearby activities: Dog park close by”

“I always choose this place when I'm making a quick stop in Yuma on my way to Los Algodones. The prices are always extremely reasonable and they always keep their (nice size) rooms immaculate and clean, which is not usually the case when it comes to low budget motels. It appears to be family-owned and they are very nice people and never refuse when I ask for a noon check out (as opposed to 11:00 a.m).I'll continue to choose the El Rancho anytime I'm in the Yuma area.I highly recommend it.”

“Employees here are the absolute best, go above and beyond to accommodate to your needs during your entire stay. Rooms have kitchenette which is expensive to have inside the rooms everywhere else but it was very affordable and exactly what I was looking for. Karen has the most awesome attitude at front desk, she is a delight to deal with everyday, thank you for everything.”

“Super clean room!!! Girl with glasses who checked me in was nice. Street noise was minimal, preferred having access to the main road & freeway close by anyways. Overall, pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Would stay at again, the next time I'm in the area.”

“This will have been our second time staying at this Best Western location. Over the last few months we have stayed at a few hotels and have decided that Best Western is the best value and the nicest place to stay whether that's this location or any other.

This location in particular is very clean, is in a safe and watched location, the staff are exceptionally nice and helpful and the breakfasts that are included are a wonderful way to get our day started.

The rooms are spacious and I appreciate the attention to detail in the rooms when it comes to build quality.”

“I needed a place to stay for the night and this place was worth its money. It's right off the freeway so I didn't need to worry too much about getting lost. There are a few fast food places near by so that is a nice perk. The lady at the desk was really nice and informative.

As for the hotel itself. It's pretty nice, at the current time I was staying (Aug 2024). There was some construction going on in the hotel but, I hardly heard a thing. The room was really nice, I had a king bed with plenty of room to move around in. The bathroom was pretty nice, I wished I had time to take a nice bath. And the TV are smart ones, so that is really great. The only thing I do have a complaint with are the pillows. I don't know if they were old but they had a funny smell to them.

Now for the complimentary breakfast. It was decent. You have make your own waffles, egg patties, hard boiled eggs, sausages, yogurt cups, cereal, coffee, and orange juice. It's a nice little perk for staying at this location

All and all this was a nice place to stay. If I come back to Yuma then I will come back to this place.”

“This was clean and conveniently located for us to go into Mexico for dental. Knights Inn staff was very accommodating for our needs. We needed a check in time hours before check in at 7 am, so we could drop our dogs in the ac while we went to the dentist across the border. Instead of charging us for another full day like many places do they charged us $25. Then it turned out we had to return to the dentist the following morning at 10, not knowing if we would be back in time for check out they extended it for us until 1, with no charge. We were back just before 1 & really appreciated the friendly staff. Will stay here again when we need to come back to the dentist.”

“Rooms are clean but dated. Coffeemaker still had an old bag in it. Eww! Shower water pressure was lacking. Toilet gurgled when other rooms flushed, indicating issues. We were on the street side and it was noisy. Breakfast was basic but good. Lots of restaurants nearby though.”
