Dealt with a very rude girl named casandra today. Asked for an upgrade on a phone but she decided to add a whole other line. When i looked at the receipt of transaction it was $100 more than what was talked about but she didnt give an explanation until i mentioned it

I was in town for a short time and my MAC really took a crap. Sorry but I can't put it any other way. Yuma wireless fixed my computer while I was at Best Buy thinking about buying a new 2K Mac. I was called promptly and changed a minimal charge. Thanks for rescuing my computer guys!
