“Breanna gave 17/10 customer service! Thursday evening I did a pick up order after 7pm and it let me know I can pick up the phone at the foothills location. When I got there around 7:30 she let me know a new order hasn’t come in and because of the time it might not come through until the morning. She told me to hangout a few minutes to see if it comes in. I was getting ready to leave and the order came through. She knew with it coming in that late she’d have to stay after the stores closing time and could have easily just told me to come back tomorrow. She went above and put a costumers needs first. She answered all the questions I had and had such a friendly presence the entire time and carried a conversation with me the entire time. This is the first time I’ve had enjoyable experience in a cell phone store. I’ve worked in customer service and I know how difficult that can be especially when you’re at the end of your shift. I’m so glad she mentioned she works at the 4th Ave location and was covering at foothills that day. Next time I need to visit Verizon I’ll be going to the 4th Ave and hope Breanna helps me. I’ll also recommend anyone I know visit her.”

“Perhaps because our Target in Yuma is off the beaten track I tend to forget about it for items out of stock at the usual Grocery stores but today I was beyond ecstatic! I wanted a new version of an everyday product which supposedly was on the market. My regular store failed me! I'd gotten my hopes up and looked forward to enjoying this new refreshing product! Now that temperatures are up I didn't want to spend more time in the heat on the off chance that Maybe target Might have them. For almost 20 minutes I got transferred, put on hold, disconnected called back misrouted and the. The cycle began again. That was until Becky said hello and took control. She walked the phone through the store and found a Lead named Daisy who KNEW how to place the call on hold while she put her eyes on the product. What nice ladies! Daisy went above and beyond by asking how many Items I wanted and had them waiting for me at the service desk! Bravo!!Apparently their communications systems was having issues today but these quick thinkers were not going to fail when it came to making a customer happy! Kudos to Target for hiring training and retaining good quality employees like these!”
