Once you buy it, you can choose to pick up locally and skip shipping fees.For selling, they are very transparent with what will and won't sell. Yes, it does take some time to be paid, but they provide ways to track the process all the way to tracking your check once it's mailed to you.I will continue to buy from them and also sell items with them that I'd rather not list myself. They do all the work of photography, pricing and listing the item. I can then sit back and watch the listing until it sells.”

There were several employees working this afternoon who kept everything moving along and customers in and out quickly. They stayed friendly and professional, in spite of a very combative and disruptive customer that had come in and was making threats to have everyone fired. I was impressed by their attempts to de-escalate a situation that was a no win, as it seemed the man came in with a grudge and was determined to find an issue to fight about. Thankfully the service was quick and I was on my way quickly. Horrified by the behavior they had to put up with.”

“I have been using this location for a couple of years and have always been pleased with their level of customer service. Every employee is friendly and helpful, no matter how busy they are. Recently, my friend sent a package with her name on it instead of mine and she had the incorrect box number. A couple of days after we thought we would have received the item, my husband went to the store and asked about it, after describing the item and answering only a couple of questions, the two young ladies working that morning knew exactly which box he was talking about. They have many customers but somehow make me feel like a priority.”
