“I've been coming to this Post Office for the last 20 years and had good and bad experiences, but for most of the time it's been nice. The more you know about shipping packages or PO Boxes the less issues you will encounter. Basically it's your responsibility to have everything ready so that your stuff gets delivered fast and undamaged. There is only 3 clerks who help out at a time but they're pretty fast at taking care of you. There has been instances when some Post Office Clerks have had an attitude or denied shipping your item for some reason, so either report them or ship your item at another Post Office and it has work wonderfully.”

“I was there the last week to mail out before Christmas at the Surprise AZ post office. The machines were down ( self serve ) it took 45 mins+ for anyone to come out to the post office lobby. The person who came out identified himself as the postmaster for the end of proceeded to tell us how that was one of the busiest post office in the region. It made me wonder why there wasn't someone checking the lobby earlier seeing as their senior citizens the majority of their customers are like between the ages of 50 and 80.During the busy times it should go without saying that those machines in the lobby should be working all day everyday ?”

“Always had a good experience coming to this USPS station. Very fast service with no lines every time I've been there. Though the USPS service is inside a Storage Facility building, they seem to have all the shipping materials and services you would find at a regular USPS Office. Pickup time for the USPS driver is at 2:00pm, so get your packages before that time. Parking space is limited.”

“Usually not a long wait but does have 2 kiosks for the do it yourself. Frequent problem with the kiosks are they are out of order or unable to print mail labels. Also at night the mail bins can be full after you have got postage from the kiosks at so you have to find another PO or bring it back during the day.”

“I do a lot of online shopping which usually gets delivered by USPS. I'm constantly checking tracking for updates and they're always quick about getting my packages on the truck for delivery. Shoutout to our mailman with the Varney - Kirby St route. Hauling all my packages to my front door. You're the real MVP!”

“Such a wonderful post office. After reading some of these reviews I’m shocked. Nobody should be expected to stay after closing and nowadays nobody provides tape anymore. To give a place like this a bad review for that is just silly. Also yes there is only one person most of the time working but that’s expected at a small office. If you don’t like it go to a larger office with more employees. When I’ve gone in they are always pleasant. I much prefer this location over the busier ones.”

“Tricky entrance and drive thru because its very tight. So is the parking. Maybe they didn't anticipate having so much business. The entry doors are confusing. You'll see what I mean. The lobby is very small. If there are alot of people in line it can easily stretch out the door. The employees are friendly enough but a couple seem to make up answers to questions sometimes.”

“This is a review on passport services:So I came in a little bit early based on reviews. They only take a certain amount of people for walk in hours so I believe online it said monday-Friday 1-2pm. They were only able to take 4 people.I arrived on a Friday at 1146am, they wrote my name down and told me to take a seat.I came prepared with all documents- copies front and back, my application, picture from Walgreens, and my money orders (they do print money orders there so you can use your card).Daniel I believe his name was, took his time looking at my paper work and making sure I was good. It literally took me 15 minutes and I was on the go. They lifted a huge weight off my shoulders! I had a great experience but be mindful Fridays are super busy so come early for a passport walk in!”

“My fav post office in Arizona. The staff are very friendly and helpful always. They have all the supplies available that you don’t have to go to the reps to get. They do passport services. PO Boxes for rent. Self service machine to print shipping labels that weighs it properly. Clean facility. Plenty of parking.”
