“The customer service is a 5. The only two things are.., 1) not having 24 hours usage for proven contractors. This means that you only have a few, cause they have to show proof of a business. 2) trash. Should have yours and another for general. Anyone can use it till it's full. Then they can't.”

The person that stands out the most within this company is Crystal. Crystal is amazing, always there to laugh & with a smile on her face the entire time. Crystal is beyond amazing helpful very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had & helped me to get storage. She was extremely helpful throughout. She gave me great tips and even showed me the unit before I purchased it. The unit is very clean & smells good. Customer service goes a long way and she was amazing! “This is not my first rodeo with a storage place (we have rented 7 others in three different states) and I have to say StorAmerica has been the best of them all! Why? I have had a unit with StorAmerica for just over two years here in Arizona.. So naturally when I needed another storage unit, I went straight to them. Their climate control is awesome and their security is even better! We were in kind of an emergency situation and the owner, Rani went above and beyond to take care of our needs.
