“Easy in, easy out! After almost going to a 1.5 star place apparently ppl were locked out of a lot before reading reviews... I decided to stop by StorQuest Surprise based on the 5 star reviews they have. Boy was I sure happy I did my research. From the start I was treated with kindness and respect. I was given a tour of the facility and when I saw the requested storage was a bit small, they were more than willing to show me other spaces to better fit my needs. I came in unannounced and was out with a new storage unit within 15-20 mins. When it came time to move out, I did call in advance and was simply explained to stop in for a quick check out. I stopped by weeks later again, unannounced. Was in and out within 5 mins! Would recommend 10/10 to anyone needing storage!! Great place ran by great people!”

“Prices are getting too high. A few more price increases and looking for different storage will be an optional. Service is just so so. Security is average, grounds are most of the time kept clean. Lots of abandoned vehicles. Wonder if they are paying????”

The gates were having some issues but he went through various troubleshooting measure to make sure I was able to move in today!”
