I was disappointed today when I went to the branch and was forced to use a ATM for all my banking needs. I chose Vantage West for the customer service experience. I don't know if I will continue to bank here if I can't get any human assistance.

Been here twice already for 2 loans. The staff have been absolutely accommodating and professional about it. My account was hacked and money was stolen few months back and they were more than willing to help return the money into my account and worked diligently to get it back. A+ professional staff and fantastic management.
