“If you actually want an honest mechanic working on your vehicle, this is the place to go. That term is not an oxymoron with these guys. I'm glad I found this place after the mistake of taking my car and wife's minivan to places like Firestone and Brake Masters far too many times. Spent a lot less money here than what I was quoted by Firestone to replace an oil pump. Funny that I was even quoted a price for the oil pump by Firestone because when I went to bring my car in for the service with the invoice showing their quote, they couldn't even do the job. Not wouldn't... couldn't. Apparently, the mechanics there are not 'comfortable' doing a job like that. Took it to D&D, and they took care of me with a drastically lower price. David is the guy to talk to, he'll take care of everything you need.”

“The only option we wanted to go with happened to have an indoor temp controlled unit for us. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions. The facility was taken care of and leaving our belongings there was a safety you can't put a price on. We had no issues with insects or critters residing in our items (though we did use totes and not boxes (highly recommend) due to the upkeep and spraying they did. You could see the bodies of the deceased after they sprayed on the outside of the units confirming they do indeed do what they can within their control. Not a complaint, just fact. The carts they supply made the move in and out much easier then if we had to foot it all in/out by hand. The temp control always seemed to work when we would go to the unit and nothing molded or got musty. Granted all items you plan to leave should be taken in consideration, though this would still be my first choice if that option wasn't available.”

“First of all, thank you. Kathleen was an AWESOME dispatcher. We broke down at the top of Mt. Lemmon - new brakes but they still went out. The car has been thoroughly overhauled minus paint. This can happen to anyone. I know the tow truck could not get to us until the morning, so I get it - safety. We got a hotel and early in the morning, Kathleen committed to us at around 6 AM that she would have someone, and sure enough, she did. We had a wonderful tow truck driver who appreciated the drive up took a flatbed to the car and brought it down to our home. It was not a crazy rate, and our quotes from other places were insanely higher out of pocket (we do have AAA for reimbursement). The car arrived back in Arizona City, AZ. We had a friend come get us the next morning. I cannot take this team at Mobile enough for being so kind, wonderful, and diligent. A lot of other companies turned down this job. The early bird gets it. This guy wanted to work. Those willing to work get the reward. And to Kathleen, you are officially invited to be a member of our shenanigans crew.”

“I am writing a review here for a young, Hispanic gentleman, named Miguel, who came to rescue my tiny Smart car after it broke down in the middle lanes of Kolb, near 22nd Street. I was fortunate to have two other kind souls from Enterprise, and a gentleman from the bar to where my car was pushed...help to get it to safety. Miguel was concomitantly professional/skillful and humorous/kind. I told him my house was only a few blocks away, and could he take me home vs having to drive back to the Group One Motorwerks on Dodge, where I was not likely to receive a loaner vehicle. He said he would inquire...but told me he would make sure I was safe either way. Given that I am a 68 year old, Hispanic woman with heart valve issues, I was hardly in prime shape to climb up into the huge truck...but Miguel took every safety measure to get me safely in the seat...and safely back out, when he got me back to my house. This young man went out of his way to assure than an old abuela-type would not get stranded, having to wait for Motorwerks to send help. He is a testament to the cultural respect that younger Hispanics have for their elders. He is an impressive Tow Technician...and an even more impressive Human Being. I will print this out and send it to the Owner of Bronco Towing, if I can locate him or her.
