“Great place for refilling tanks. It’s a drive up service — when you get to the head of the line unload your tanks into the racks next to the attendant. The attendant fills them and you reload them into your vehicle. Nobody has to bend over. Then you go inside and pay and then drive off. Easy peasy.”

“The only option we wanted to go with happened to have an indoor temp controlled unit for us. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions. The facility was taken care of and leaving our belongings there was a safety you can't put a price on. We had no issues with insects or critters residing in our items (though we did use totes and not boxes (highly recommend) due to the upkeep and spraying they did. You could see the bodies of the deceased after they sprayed on the outside of the units confirming they do indeed do what they can within their control. Not a complaint, just fact. The carts they supply made the move in and out much easier then if we had to foot it all in/out by hand. The temp control always seemed to work when we would go to the unit and nothing molded or got musty. Granted all items you plan to leave should be taken in consideration, though this would still be my first choice if that option wasn't available.”

“I ordered propane on March 12th. They said it would be delivered Mar. 20th. It wasn't. Got a call on the 21st saying it would be delivered on the 22nd. It wasn't. I called on the 25th and was told it would be delivered on the 27th. It was delivered at 7:20 by a very professional driver, Victor Fuentes. He apologized for the hour. He is a great representative of Ferrell Gas. My complaint is this: Why did they not know when the delivery would be made? They kept giving different dates which caused me to feel that I was being pushed back.”

“I've used this location before and was happy to. They are efficient and friendly. I just reserved a truck and I know it'll be a good experience. My advice is to get the optional insurance every time you rent a uhaul. Consider using their boxes too. They make moving easier.”

“The gentlemen here were most helpful, communicated very well, very informative and went above and beyond in customer service. I read some of the other reviews and to each thier own, some people are just never satisfied and demand too much. I highly recommend this location and we are happy to store our things here and rent from here. They have newer trucks, along with the old, they don't decide who gets into what truck, it's first come first serve which is fair and a matter of luck. Just get your truck and stop complaining about every little thing! Anyway, happy travels if your moving and get a good lock if your storing. Either way, enjoy your Uhaul! ;)”

“I have to provide a third-party person verification by phone. This is difficult because the phone call is sometimes met only with voice mail. There needs to be several alternative verification options to choose from to avoid problems. I check in online only to arrive and be told I need someone to vouch for me. It is useless and annoying.”

“No problems. I was supposed to do a mobile check in but they were there and helped me in person instead. I took one star off because I reserved 2 furniture dollys but they only had one. Everything was quick and painless, though. Luckily I didn't need that 2nd one anyway. :)”

“So I've been coming here over a year today in a hurry I pulled in this morning got out a gentleman strolling by easily asks how's your morning going to which I replied fast a lot to do today and don't have time for this I asked if I could leave the tank and pay for it now he said no money leave the tank I'll put your name on the cylinder pick it up on the way home as quick as I rolled in I rolled right back out showed up a few hours later tank had my name on it it was already filled went inside greeted warmly everyone says hi gave me a good deal even carried it out to the car while I was inside paying every employee there is always happy friendly and ready to help perfect 10 out of 10 if you ask me”
