The pool is great! Built 4years ago. Often times when I call, I get voicemail and no one calls back for questions or service. So annoying.

3 year old pool (5yr wty) and I cannot get them to come fix a massive leak... 4 weeks now! Several pictures of wet rock against the pool decking. Sad!!
