Their customer service is unmatched and extremely welcoming. The staff is happy, helpful, patient, and works with you even if you cannot use the proper technical terms. They are capable rock stars who can get you back on the road in short order. The shop provides a locally authentic experience, ensuring your cycling experience is the best it can be. Prompt service, great (and level appropriate) communication. Reasonable prices, they had to research parts availability. Parts came in quickly, dropped bike off on Saturday, ready Sunday. Friendly, approachable.

Second best looking staff at this location (#1 is Sunrise: Cory, Cookie & Kyle). Service was fantastic.
