The store was helpful, had several choices in our price range, and advised on the right locks to prevent a repeated theft. Even used, the bikes have been tuned by the store and we were told that if the kids discovered they weren’t working properly the repairs would be covered. Very happy with our experience!”

“I traveled to Tucson for a cycling vacation and my DI2 cable was damaged. While another bike store said it would take a week to get the part Bicycle ranch had it in stock and replaced it immediately. They also helped me trouble shoot hydraulic disc brake problems my home bike shop couldn’t fix and again had the parts. Their prices were very reasonable and the staff very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They clearly take pride in their work and treat customers with respect.”

“I went here needed a really annoying creak diagnosed - they started working on it right in front of me and 100% knew what they were doing. They were super friendly and helpful too.Got my bike back the next day and it rode better than it has in a long time. Got my rear disc brake in addition to many things greased/adjusted for only $55.The only minor downside is their gear availability. They are a small, although very good, shop, so they don't have as many jerseys/bottles/pedals as other shops might. But honestly I think that the quality of the service and how chill and non-judgemental they are wins out for me.I will 100% be going back when I need anything fixed. I can't recommend this shop more.”

“Thanks to the whole crew for getting me set up on a super sexy Trek Émonda at a great price!The model I was looking for was sold out everywhere (in two states!) but Fair Wheel sold me one of their gently used rentals and I've been having an absolute blast.Like any quality shop, they also did a free tune up after 30 days, which was super helpful because I'm from out of state and don't have my tools here.I only spend my winters in Tucson but when I'm here I'll be using them for all my cycling needs.If I had one complaint it's that they don't have a location in Colorado :)”

They are extremely welcoming. Even if you can’t put what you are looking for in the proper technical terms, they are patient and work with you to find what you need. Couldn’t ask for a better shop and series of shops to go to and trust with your equipment!”
“Had a wonderful experience renting ebikes from Jesus at Ride Tucson. We got to enjoy a nice ride around the loop trail, the trail entrance is in the same parking lot as the business. Bikes were well maintained and fun to ride. We even got to see some coyotes on our way back down in the river bed. Highly recommend!”
