“Amazing service from Eric in Valet! We got our car a few times in a short period in the evening and he was very professional every time. No need to worry about finding parking and you know your vehicle is safe! Great location! Hotel is very new and very clean. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar with nice seating fire pits outside.”

“The entire experience was phenomenal. Everyone on the staff was great. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The food was excellent. Enjoyed the cowboy cookout and horseback riding and Nubs (the ranch cat). We will be back.”

“I’ve been coming since 2019 and it’s always my first choice. Home away from home. Smells good, clean, comfortable, food is incredible, such a hospitable crew too.”

“Beautiful resort. Gorgeous location. Lovely rooms. Hands down the nicest employees — across the board —- that I have ever encountered in a hotel. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars I would give it!

The one caution I would give is that due to the layout of the hotel (only four floors and very spread out… which does lend a very spacious quality to the hotel ) a lot of walking can be required to get to one’s room or the restaurants. If someone has mobility issues, make sure to ask for a room near the elevators.”

“Born and raised in Tucson. In my 54 years this was my first time actually booking a room. Spent plenty of time in the bar and dancing in the 80s and 90s though. Clean rooms awesome staff. Thanks so much. The whole experience was amazing. Will definitely recommend.

Rooms: Clean sheets and a nice shower is all that is required for my friends and I. We only stayed one night and we were all comfortable in our room.

Nearby activities: There is just so much to do and see and eat.

Safety: Nothing to worry about as far as my friends and I experienced. We never felt unsafe.

Walkability: All the fun stuff that happens downtown Tucson is on Congress. Food, music and awesome, interesting people.

Food & drinks: BEST Bloody Marys served by our awesome bartender Trey (I think that was his name). He was very in-tune with his patrons. Rain was the young lady who checked us in and she was amazing also. And thanks Diana, you also rock. Nothing but good things to say. ❤️”

“Toni is a fantastic Host! So kind and always out working on something. I couldn't be more thankful for her accommodating me last minute while my van was in the shop. This space offers free laundry, showers, fresh eggs, and coffee in the morning. With a nice patio to lounge on during the day/ drink you coffee. Or a clubhouse inside where I've seen people working quietly. Plus a kitchen inside or grill outside if you need. Love the vibe of the place! Would absolutely stay again! Thanks Again El Pais!”

“I stayed here on a Friday for the Tucson Comic Con. The staff is excellent. They were very nice and accommodating. I stayed on the 1st floor and my room was very spacious and clean. The location is close to the convention center so I walked to the event. I plan to stay here again.”

“Nice, updated room- great shower. No comfy chair in our room as the pictures showed. Used the desk chair, but needed two sitting areas for reading for the two if us, etcThe pool pictures are misleading. Smallest pool I have ever seen. But to sit out there…every umbrella was broken. Not that pleasant.Staff was great.”

“The room was so clean!!! Housekeepers were so sweet and the front desk was very professional and friendly. Great atmosphere. I did like that the room was smaller for my short stay. If I had my kids with me it would be a little too small. Overall Great experience!”

“Newer hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Only (slightly) negative was that despite 100+ degree temps, the pool water was very cool since the pool is in the shade most of the day. Coffee available 24 hours in lobby.”

“We spent 5 days at the resort for a reunion. The accommodations, food, service, and staff were nothing short of outstanding. We got a friendly smile every morning at the coffee shop. A special mention to Mario Velasco, from the bar and restaurant. So friendly and always at our service.

Rooms: Our room was clean, bright and spacious. We were happy to have a large vanity in the bathroom, and a cozy living room area.

Food and drinks: The food was delicious. We were thrilled with the variety of choices. Again, I have to mention Mario Velasco for his excellent service.

Noteworthy details: Friendly staff who made us feel like family. Beautiful outdoor spaces, as well as a large pool.
Conference rooms were set up perfectly for the guest speakers and attendees.”

“I enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites here. The staff was good. The happy hour was understaffed however. As well as the breakfast bar, where I feel that they can still offer fresh pancakes and French toast which I really miss.

I've gotten better at ignoring microaggressions however as I was leaving after I had already spoke to the front desk about a late check-out the man at the desk decided to say something real snide I did ignore it then however I will put it on notice. He was the only person with this type of attitude there”

“One of the best Candlewood Suites I’ve been to in the US. Amy at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and smells fresh. Keep up the good work. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place.”

“Nice place for the price. Rooms are clean. Bathroom door is hard to close due to small space. Great location for us, as we wanted to try restaurants close to Oro Valley as well as a trip to Sabino Canyon Park. Breakfast was ok; typical roadside hotel food.”

“Perfect experience! Just had to stay overnight, but will be staying at these hotels in the future for sure!

Noteworthy details: Great breakfast! Love the cookies and water!”

“The friendliest, and very competent staff. Wonderful grounds, beautiful rooms, centrally located with the superb restaurant Cielos on the grounds. One year later I am changing my 5 star review. The rooms are very clean except the last 3 times that I have stayed there are a disturbing amount of cobwebs all over the ceilings. Also, corporate GREED? The FREE breakfast is now $16.99 plus tax then add tip! If they had to start charging should not have been more than $11.00 or $12.00 for Hotel Guests. The Blue Willow, Locale. Panera ,Ghinis Cafe and numerous other breakfast options all over. And less expensive. The delicious potatoes on the buffet have been replaced with fried cubed potatoes that are generic everywhere. The morning waitstaff now have half the customers because people are going elsewhere for breakfast, so they don't earn the tips that they are used to from what I could observe. I bet anything that they did not get a decent raise. Very disapointed that the corporate takeover eliminated the HUGE perk of a free breakfast. Other HOTELS have not chosen to disappoint their guests!”

“I don't normally stay at hotels, but circumstances required a hotel stay. I've had some very unpleasant experiences.
This place was wonderful! The breakfast was good and room was comfortable.”

“Stayed Wednesday night. Had social hour but does not compare to previous time at all. Before was much better. Lacking towels in room and pool was closed. Ugh!!!

Safety: Not a problem as I learned the boarder patrol guys stay here and the state patrol office is 2 blocks away. Safety never an issue at any Staybridge I have stayed at.”

“Stayed here for U of A parent's weekend. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. You can tell they all take a lot of pride in making this place very clean, and welcoming. Breakfast had a lot of options - cooked, healthy, and options for all. Beds very comfy. Rooms were clean and well decorated. Would stay here again.”

“We had a really great stay at this hotel. The room, unfortunately, was on the back side and had no view at all- literally a brick wall- but it was clean and service was great. We loved breakfast and the pool was perfect for my 9 year old. The location of this hotel couldn’t be better! We walked everywhere, even in our June visit. Parking was easy.”

3.9 Good103 Reviews

“Great hotel and stay. The biggest challenge is the lack of good restaurants and food options. You need to drive at least 20 minutes for good food options.

Rooms: Clean and comfortable.”

“I was here for work. Tucson was hoooottttt and not so fun. There's nothing in Tucson. The hotel was great. The rooms were clean, and the ladies upfront were great!!!”

“We enjoyed our stay here. It is very close to campus, which is why we were in Tucson. It is on a busy street with a park next door but they have a large fence around the parking lot so anyone coming on property would have to go by the cameras and lights of front office. We saw no one who shouldn’t be there, so we felt safe leaving our car. They have EV charging if you need it.

Our room was clean and a good temperature. We got there several hours before checkin for a football game and they were in the process of installing a brand new big screen tv in our room. The owner was very friendly and we left all our bags in the room and headed to the game. He described this hotel as “his baby” and I believe it.

We got the room with 4 beds so it had an extra bedroom which has its own AC. Nice bathroom with modern fixtures, mini fridge, microwave, ironing board, coffee maker. Big screen tv in the main room. They blend in well so I missed them at first, but there are USB and outlet plugs in the middle nightstands. The beds and pillows were all comfy. They give you the login for the WiFi.

Nice little small business owned hotel very near campus and we would stay here again next football game visit.”
