“The staff was very nice but doing presentations was truly eye opening. The room was clean but the tables were horrible ,peeling veneer with duct tap to add skid row ambience and no table cloths and some of the chairs smelled like feces. Recessed broken outlets in floor are a broken ankle waiting to happen. If you are trying to make an impression with a high ticket service or product”

“Went into the jacuzzi with my wife. The next day when we woke up the ends of her hair were all green. The desk said that they had put some chemical into it the day before. Not harmful. Nice place with a restaurant next store that was great to walk to and walk back to the room.”
“Unit we had needed some repairs. Example the sliding shower had been taped instead of replaced. Fresh coat of paint in bathroom neededNoteworthy details: Very disappointed that worldmark is renting these units out to non-timeshare members without our permission. Our maintenance fees are being increased every year as well as w.m. asking for more yet and these "renters" are tearing our units up! Ridiculous. I discourage everyone I talk to, don't do timeshares as they are a ripoff!”
