The people behind the glass were very polite and helped us right away even though they had a house full of people. The youngster that took us out to the vehicle was very cool let us do wat we needed to do without trying to hurry us. Only gets 3 stars cuz it's still an impound yard who really likes those. Lol

Call Gary's first! If you are ever in a jam, call Gary's first! The dispatcher was incredibly helpful! And Logan is the man! I can't say enough good things about my experience. If I ever have an issue, I won't mess around with any other tow company -- I will call them first. Thank you very much for all that you do!

Our daughters car broke down on the freeway and we needed to get it moved asap to prevent further damage or injury. They answered the phone immediately and were on their way within minutes. Scooped up the car quickly and got it to the house in less then an hour. Driver was friendly and professional. Will use again
