Since they do not like to share the name of their corporate office- it is Com Capp AKA Commerce Capital Partners out of Texas. Worst place to live and do not recommend.

Not a good place to rent. Lots of Cockroaches, laundry rooms are dirty and broke down, front gates never work, and office staff will not communicate with you and never acknowledge issues. Also over charged me on checkout items and had to waste 2 weeks of my life getting it straightened out.

Oscar did an excellent job! He is the only one to push the issue of getting locks changed for my family’s safety and fixed our plugged drains in a jiffy. Maintenance man Oscar deserves a raise!!
