“My wife and I have had the pleasure of residing at Sonoran Terraces Apartments, and we must say, it was a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly responsive and friendly. They made the move-in and move-out processes smooth and hassle-free, which instantly put us at ease.The apartments themselves are fantastic! They are well-maintained, spacious, and have all the amenities you could ask for. The attention to detail in the design and upkeep of the property is evident, making it a truly comfortable and enjoyable place to live.One of the highlights of our time at Sonoran Terraces Apartments was the community of residents. Most people in the complex were professionals or retirees, creating a peaceful and harmonious environment. The sense of community was palpable, and we had many pleasant interactions with our neighbors. Jon, Lonnie, and Linda and Dan: we miss you already.However, we do feel compelled to mention one exception - a neighbor in Building 20, Apartment 1130, by the name of Marian. Unfortunately, Marian did not contribute positively to the community. Marian would consistently turn up her TV well past midnight, and she would follow this by vociferously exclaiming "quiet, quiet" from her window, seemingly attempting to attribute the disturbance to us. Is that someone you'd want to consider to be a neighbor? We know we wouldn't. She exhibited behaviors that were less than neighborly, often making baseless accusations against others for trivial reasons. Her approach to interactions with fellow residents left much to be desired, and it's best to avoid any unnecessary encounters with her. We had to move to a different building to avoid her.Despite this one unfavorable experience, our overall time at Sonoran Terraces Apartments was fantastic. It was a wonderful place to call home. Don't let one bad apple deter you from considering this great community for your next home.”

We love living in this community and trust that the maintenance process will continue to improve. Thanks for reaching out for input. Thanks for bringing in and maintaining great staff. “I moved here late August this year and am very satisfied with the choice. The location is perfect for me, my work and most services are within a 10 minute walk. Even with its urban location traffic isn’t heavy and easy to get into and out. Parking is secure and haven’t heard an issue. Fellow residents are friendly and diverse, a great mix. A new gym just opened and welcomed by the residents.If in the market, R Tower is a place to look.”

“Thank you very much for saving my life. Cornerstone and Banner hospital did a fantastic job of keeping me alive. I was down by March 12,2021 in comma tilll April 24, 2021 woke up shock but discharged May 15, 2021. The staff nurse were fantastic plus my favorite cna was Jose he keep me going, plus the rehab team helped me recovered quickly thanks to Edel, Aaron, Jared, Lorie plus the speech therapist Christine , Clarissa the case manger and CEO Richie for visiting making sure I left with a positive atmosphere. Also the respiratory therapist gave me a exercise equipment Zoila it really helped me get better. Angie, Mai, and Rene were good nurses and all of them also. I am currently still healing but I’m actually doing much better I come visit you all once I leave San Diego and come back to Tucson. Thank you again for keeping me alive!”

I absolutely love my little studio everything is so neat and clean and remodeled, the grounds are always kept so nice looking…the crazy affordable prices for such a beautiful community is unmatched…I recently had an unfortunate event occur and they accommodated me completely, the office people are very nice and I don’t plan on leaving here anytime soon at all…will definitely renew when that time comes! 10/10 would recommend”

“Highly recommend The Golf Villas…it is a great place to live! My husband and I are retired and after living in large homes all our lives, we decided to downsize and try apartment life for a year while deciding where to settle down. We like it so much here that we’ve decided to stay longer.We chose the Golf Villas because of the convenient location and the beautiful views. The units are older, but we find that is part of the charm because the premises are so well cared for. It is very quiet, very safe and the units are quite spacious.The office staff is always helpful and concerned. Frank and the maintenance team are fantastic! Very friendly and attentive when needed. We’ve had a couple of appliance issues, but they were responded to quickly and completely remedied. Couldn’t be happier with this place!”

“I Move in from phoenix To Tucson and looking for something in the nice area of Tucson, I got in Contact with Dulce and she was very helpful and professional, explained everything with details and give us a tour of their beautiful Property.Property is very clean and take care of, I have been living here for almost 2 months and Dulce the assistant and Arianna the property Manager are very helpful and nice to me, Maintenance is always here to take care of any issue in less than 24 hrs.I do highly recommend this place to live is a very safe and nice place to live.”
