The transition from Bank of the West to BMO has been a complete fiasco. No one returns calls, we cannot access prior statements, the transition "team" is MIA. Worst banking I have ever experienced.

This is the worst bank with the worst customer service! Not only did I have to wait for the teller to get off the phone, while other employees said she would be right with me, no one else stepped up to assist. Finally, when the teller was off the phone and able to help, she would not cash a cashiers check from their bank! What a l**** Canadian bank! I hope you all lose your jobs for the worst service ever!

In terms of customer service, the people at this location are NICE! Unfortunately, kindness does NOT meet the needs of today's digital transactions. This is a very old bank. We had a business account with them, but it's literally useless. Online banking would play peekaboo with my accounts (sometimes you see your accounts there, sometimes you don't...and that means you have to call customer service all over again...I've done this 3 times), their mobile banking is old and very slow, the bank is not integrated with new security/technology/app platforms (I.e., Plaid), I had to speak to their "treasury department" to setup a new user (and until then, they told me to "share" my password with my additional user, and that this was common place? lol),...and I've included a screenshot of what I find when I log into our business banking and see "Nothing to see here!" Makes me laugh, but honestly...BMO Harris needs to update their platforms. Lastly, they do not offer wires via online banking...you have to go into the branch (wild). OH...and one more thing: business online banking is a paid service.

Lost my entire wallet. Called to cancel my card since they would not put a hold on it. Went in to get a replacement card and although I had a copy of my photo ID, they refused to assist me until I had a replacement plastic ID which will take over a week to get through the mail. Unhelpful, unkind, inconsiderate, uncaring.

I'm sure the 2 people who work here are nice people but this is literally the slowest bank ever. Expect to wait over 15-30 minutes on a Friday BC there's ONE PERSON working drive thru & lobby. Its ridiculous

Madison is the best. She literally helped me contact the person to lift my hold because of the hyphen in my name! She did everything and more to help me she is an amazing person and banks need to take a lesson out of her playbook for sure!

Great service, great reliability and overall a great experience.You walk in, talk to Jordan, he asks you about your day and gets you set up with whatever you need. He even goes the extra mile, every time I've been there, to see if he could help with anything else my banking needs might require. BMO does a great job at making you feel valued and humane compared to the bigger companies, a very welcomed treatment!Parking can get a little tight, though!

Worst bank I've ever been to couldn't even cash my check in the Drive-Thru for $125 had three forms of ID five feet from the guy told me they couldn't cash it cuz I was in the Drive-Thru but they couldn't do it at all cuz their lobby was closed because of covid-19 then went to another location and got it cashed their horrible would never use them stay far far away rude and obnoxious!!!
