Lost my entire wallet. Called to cancel my card since they would not put a hold on it. Went in to get a replacement card and although I had a copy of my photo ID, they refused to assist me until I had a replacement plastic ID which will take over a week to get through the mail. Unhelpful, unkind, inconsiderate, uncaring.
