Broke the crank preload ring on a Sunday afternoon. Got to the shop at 3:30pm and they took care of me by 4:00pm (closing time). Fast n friendly service. Saved my last two weeks of riding as we are in from out of town. Definitely be my go to shop should I ever have any issues in the future. Highly recommend.

I rolled into the Bicycle Ranch with a leaky tire, and the guys in the shop were quick to help me in finding the proper tube type and size, and letting me do my tire repair at their shop. Kudos for this ride-saving help!
