Granted I don't have a lot of interaction with the bank because I do Online and ATM banking. That being said the staff here has been friendly and helpful and offer more personalized help than some of the major chain banks.

Friendly people who go the extra mile when you need to interact with a person or manage large transactions. Sometime, although my business could be conducted by phone it's a lot quicker to drive 20 minutes to the branch and speak with a person.
