“I'd like to share that my experience with Palomar Apartments has truly been a breeze. At first, I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to afford the apartment due to financial circumstances, and I was close to giving up. Thankfully, Maria went above and beyond to work something out that fit my budget, making it possible for me and my two girls to have a place of our own.

The application process was smooth and straightforward. Maria was always available to answer my questions, and if she didn’t have the answer right away, she made sure to follow up promptly.

I’m happy to say that we absolutely love our home here at Palomar. The community is quiet, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The front office staff is always friendly, and the maintenance team is efficient and reliable—both of which make a big difference.

Although we haven’t had the chance to enjoy the swimming pool yet since we moved in during September, we’re already looking forward to using it this coming summer!

One of my favorite things about living here is how personal the community feels. Not many places take the time to remember everyone’s face, but Maria does. I’d only seen her once or twice before visiting the office, and when I came in to pick something up, she instantly recognized me—no name needed!

That kind of personal touch means a lot. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to call Palomar Apartment Homes our home.”

“I have lived here 15 years… The many and vast well kept grass areas gives me a feel of the NorthEast… Including well kept mature palm trees for a SouthEast feel… Not just Stucco and Sterile… From something as small as a light bulb change to grouting a bathroom - Management gets the ball rolling quickly… Maintenance is prepared, always neat work area(s) and leaves a job pristinely clean and well done…”

“I have lived at the Seasons for about a year now and I can without a doubt say that it is a great apartment complex. The two most important things I was looking for in an apartment complex were (free) parking and an in-unit washer and dryer. I’m so glad I can have both here without sacrificing price or living space. Not only are the amenities great, but the location is even better. It’s not only a short drive from the mall and groceries, but also the freeway. As a person who does not like driving in Tucson, this is amazing.I am not from Tucson, and when I want to go back home for the weekend, I don't have to drive too long to exit the city. I know that when I lived on campus I dreaded the hour drive to just exit Tucson, but now I am so close to the exit that the drive to leave the city feels so short.If you ever have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the front desk staff. They will always help you out with any concerns you have. They truly make you feel heard, and do their best to answer your questions right on the spot. Overall, I highly recommend living here!”

“I moved from out-of-state and picked Stargate West based on its pictures and online reviews. It was a gamble to sign a lease without seeing the property in person, but a gamble that paid off immensely! I was incredibly lucky to find Stargate West and loved it so much, I spent nine years here.

Friendly and supportive staff from the owners, to the office managers, to the property attendants—everyone is always kind and willing to go the extra mile to help residents old and new. Everyone works together to make sure the property is clean, safe and welcoming for all residents and their pets. When a problem arises, Glenda and Elizabeth are quick to find solutions. A well-managed property makes for happy neighbors and my closest neighbors have become lifelong friends!

It’s a wonderful apartment complex in a great location, walking distance from Pima Community College, Greasewood Park, Shannon Trail, schools and more. Shopping, hiking, lakes and parks, University of Arizona and Downtown Tucson are all just a short drive away. The Stargate West team has managed to build an exceptional little community that will be dearly missed!”

“Sara was very good at explaining all of the details of getting a lease at orovista apts. While we did run into some difficulties Sara was able to help us with getting approved. I also want to thank Miriam who walked me through the very difficult application process. All in we are happy to now be residents at orovista apts.

Couple of issues after getting into the apt.
Toilet in hallway bathroom doesn't flush. Tried plunging but it seems there is something blocking it
The garbage disposal in the kitchen sink doesn't work. Seems someone put glass down the drain..
The refrigerator is missing two glass shelves at the bottom..
Bird poop is all over the sidewalk entrance
Stovetop is scratched or discolored.”

“It took an additional week after submitting the work order to get the repair accomplished. However, it got done much faster than previous work orders which we appreciate. We love living in this community and trust that the maintenance process will continue to improve. Thanks for reaching out for input. Thanks for bringing in and maintaining great staff. This is a great place too live and we plan on staying for a while.”

“We've been here for a little over a year now and we STILL absolutely love it! I'm really not a posting/social media person but I thought it important to talk about living here. Our place is really nice. Very attractive grounds. Great pool/spa/gym. Also there's a nice community room. Very responsive management and maintenance crew. No concerns we have ever had have gone unaddressed. Any issues (big or small) are resolved promptly. Very convenient area. Close to everything. We hope that Centrepoint/Mission Rock is as happy for us to be here as we are.”

“I lived at the Legends at La Paloma for six years, and the customer service from the office staff was absolutely outstanding. They made me feel comfortable and happy throughout my entire stay. “I've been living at Academy Lofts for a few months now and absolutely love it! The apartments are amazing and so it the location. The building itself was also restored beautifully. I've had one or two maintenance issues come up but that just goes along with an older building. Management has been prompt and efficient in helping those problems but resolved. I've had nothing but a positive experience living here!”

“As of this April, I've been here a year. There is really nothing negative that I can say. Management has been very professional and Maintenance very prompt on extreme emergencies. They are working on the complexes and once complete will definitely be nice. I have not seen roaming dogs,cats or even roaches in and around my apartment. I've come to see that neighbors look out for each other,nice. Lakewood is a plus, if you want peace and tranquility. I give a 5, cause I have had NO issues.....”

“Redondo Tower is in the midst of downtown Tucson with spectacular views of A mountain, close to Tumamoc Hill, and one can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the comfort of your home. Also close to Tucson's nightlife, restaurants as well as Tucson's Convention center with many different shows right at your fingertips. These newly renovated condominiums are convenient in their location, spacious and give a European like feel with so much to see around the area.”

“We move moved in yesterday spent our first night, notice security guard right away doing his job it was very quiet very comfortable the apartment is very clean. Jennifer in the office very professional , caring, friendly and very good at her job,”

“Moving in was simple, thanks to clear guidelines from Ida. The movers loved her help...and the elevator to the top floor. I do suggest clearer guidelines to the hours for both lounge and gym.”

“I like it here, quiet for the most part. Weekends get a bit noisy. Quail and nature- not many insects, apartments are clean. Management is accommodating. Everything the apartment comes stock with is super cheap and falls apart , but easily replaced and the service is within 2 weeks. Not a bad place at all.”

“I’m a new resident at La Hacienda Apts and am very happy at my new home. I had help with the moving-in process from both Santana & Mykayla and they both went above and beyond. An issue came up with one of my A/C units and it was taken care of immediately.
Anyone I have met, while walking my little dog on the beautiful grounds, has been quick to introduce themselves (and their fur baby) and I’ve been made to feel welcome.”

“My fiancé and I moved here in January, and we actually love it here. Anna the manager is always communicating with the residents about everything going on, she also does cute little gatherings and special events for holidays. If anyone ever has a problem about neighbors or something wrong in the apartment she always responds and does something about it right away. They always have landscaping every Thursday and keep up with the property’s image. I totally wish we could stay another lease here but we are having a baby and need a 2 bedroom + washer and dryer in unit. And we live like 30 minutes away from my fiancés job. The apartments here are very big even for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. The bedroom and living room are so big. Along with the walk in closet and bathroom closet. Lots of storage space and the price is not bad at all. Like I said before we just need an in unit washer and dryer for the baby but I’m honestly not complaining for the price of this apartment and everything it comes with plus the area these apartments are at, very safe and so worth it. They are also always having specials for move ins and they are pretty good specials. It is also very quiet here, you can’t even hear any of your neighbors at all. If you are looking to move I definitely recommend the agave apartments!”

“I don't usually post comments about things but I feel the manager Renee needs the recognition she deserves she has improved these apartments drastically from looking like slums to actually looking like decent apartments just wish they put a dog waste trash outside so it would be easier to help maintain the complex but other then that this place had really come along”

“Thank you very much for saving my life. Cornerstone and Banner hospital did a fantastic job of keeping me alive. I was down by March 12,2021 in comma tilll April 24, 2021 woke up shock but discharged May 15, 2021. The staff nurse were fantastic plus my favorite cna was Jose he keep me going, plus the rehab team helped me recovered quickly thanks to Edel, Aaron, Jared, Lorie plus the speech therapist Christine , Clarissa the case manger and CEO Richie for visiting making sure I left with a positive atmosphere. Also the respiratory therapist gave me a exercise equipment Zoila it really helped me get better. Angie, Mai, and Rene were good nurses and all of them also. I am currently still healing but I’m actually doing much better I come visit you all once I leave San Diego and come back to Tucson. Thank you again for keeping me alive!”

“The staff are friendly and professional. They really bring the Community together by initiating cool events! The grounds are always very clean! The environment is pretty calm and quiet. And I love the Dog Park! I look forward to getting in shape in our nice Peleton Room, and enjoy cooling off after every workout in the sparkling pool calling my name!!!!”

“This review is for the Maintenance Supervisor here at Metro on First. The first year I was here there was another Maintenance Supervisor who wasn't very good. Since Norman got here things have gotten better and better. He is part of the reason I renewed my lease recently. He doesn't BS people and does an outstanding job getting problems solved. He has made a real difference here.”
