811 E Wetmore Rd, Tucson“I have lived at the Seasons for about a year now and I can without a doubt say that it is a great apartment complex. The two most important things I was looking for in an apartment complex were (free) parking and an in-unit washer and dryer. I’m so glad I can have both here without sacrificing price or living space. Not only are the amenities great, but the location is even better. It’s not only a short drive from the mall and groceries, but also the freeway. As a person who does not like driving in Tucson, this is amazing.I am not from Tucson, and when I want to go back home for the weekend, I don't have to drive too long to exit the city. I know that when I lived on campus I dreaded the hour drive to just exit Tucson, but now I am so close to the exit that the drive to leave the city feels so short. If you ever have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the front desk staff. They will always help you out with any concerns you have. They truly make you feel heard, and do their best to answer your questions right on the spot. Overall, I highly recommend living here!”
“I just signed my lease and couldn't be happier with the experience I had with Matt and Stephania! As soon as I was done with signing the lease I got a, "welcome home" along with my keys. I am excited to live here and couldn't be more grateful for the experience I had getting here! Thank you guys!!”

7887 N La Cholla Blvd, Tucson“Loved living here, management is fantastic and the property/amenities are great. Wholeheartedly recommend this place.
I lived in a unit on the edge of the property and enjoyed stunning views of the desert ?”
“I have never enjoyed the process of finding a new apartment as much as this one. Ivette was so patient and acknowledge my needs. She patiently listened to me at all times and went through my questions with full transparency, unlike other tours she did not rush our visit at any time. Ivette demonstrated a lot of value in how the staff takes exceptional care of residents from the very moment they call to schedule a tour.
I have found my place and I look forward to being a member of this wonderful community”
“I was referred by a friend who spoke highly of these apartments and we’ve now been here for three years and have been very happy and comfortable. It’s a nice and quiet area and Elizabeth and Glenda make the Community very family orientatedthey have always been friendly and quick to assist with whatever we’ve needed which is important to us. I would definitely recommend.”
“It took an additional week after submitting the work order to get the repair accomplished. However, it got done much faster than previous work orders which we appreciate. We love living in this community and trust that the maintenance process will continue to improve. Thanks for reaching out for input. Thanks for bringing in and maintaining great staff. This is a great place too live and we plan on staying for a while.”

“Moved here from NY. Love this place. Staff is amazing and never wait for maintenance. Place is super clean and quiet. Pool, hot tub and fitness room are fantastic. Walking distance to store, restaurants and many other things. Feels like I’m on vacation every day.”
“I like this place it's pretty nice and the maintenance men there are very nice. I go here sometimes to see my husband for lunch and we go eat lunch he's one of the maintenance men.”

Cathi the property manager and Isabel are super sweet, helpful and responsive. I had a minor issue when I moved in, but it was all sorted out due the proactiveness from the property manager. It’s a good housing option for anyone looking for a central location and a remodeled apt. -Juan”

“I went to tour the building for my mom and met the manager Samantha and she had a great attitude and although it was out of our price range , I would refer someone. Nice building”

6161 E Pima St, Tucson“I just moved back in the complex. I lived here before for almost four years. Left due to medical issues. The grounds are beautiful. The staff seems great. They helped me get back into my "home" it is perfect size for me and my Service dog. He loves it here. Could use some painting here and there other wise its my home and Im happy here. Thanks ladies! ??”
“First: THIS IS NOT a hotel or restaurant any more.If you are Googling for a restaurant or hotel, this listing is not either of those. Look elsewhere. Why is it still listed as that, you may ask? The historic sign saying that name is still up, that's why. But for many years this place has been an apartment complex for seniors. The old restaurant is now the clubhouse. The historic old motel rooms are now apartments. There are completely new (not historic) units in the back. There is no restaurant or short-term tenancy. At all.If you are considering these as an apartment option, know that it is challenging to get into them. It is run by a national management company, not a local one. The rules change; the site management changes. The units are nice enough inside, but maintenance can be slow. The senior residents are a very mixed lot. It's a very rough area of town, adjacent to strip bars and a homeless shelter.I work with residents here, and most of them are pretty happy to be here. As far as low-income subsidized senior housing goes in Tucson, it seems decent enough. Usual problems. But if you are looking for anything else, pass on this place.Noteworthy details: NOT a hotel or restaurant any more. Is now senior housing. Only the historic sign remains.”
“I read a 2-star review that said negative reviews made him/her reconsider renting here. I think only tenants should be allowed to write reviews and decided to write a review to help potential renters make a decision. My wife and I have lived at the Golf Villas for 1 year and both of us like it a lot. After living in single family houses for decades, we were worried about potential noise problem before moving in, but we were pleasantly surprised that noise from neighbors was very minimal. The features we like most are: (1) Quiet and clean neighborhood (2) Great floorplan. Two bedrooms are far away from each other, the bedrooms do not share any wall with neighbors (!), the master bedroom is far away from the kitchen so I can use it at night without waking up my wife, and the patio is not completely exposed to neighbors. (3) Good sound and temperature insulation. Every window but one small window in the master bedroom is dual pane. Heating and cooling bills have been very reasonable unlike some reviews say. (4) Responsive and friendly office and maintenance staff. Thank you, Sayeh and Christine! (5) The nice coffee machine and the cozy space to relax in the office building. I stop by for coffee if the building is open when I pick up mail. The features that need improvement are: (1) The halogen lamps in bathrooms. LED lamps that fit the halogen lamp sockets are rare, expensive, and poor in quality. (2) The single pane window in the master bedroom. A dual pane window would improve sound and temperature insulation. (3) The refrigerator. I am used to quieter refrigerators and I am willing to pay more to get a quieter refrigerator.”

444 W Orange Grove Rd, Tucson“I’ve lived here for 2 years and am still currently residing here. I remember before I moved into this apartment complex, the reviews made me second-guess my decision on whether I should pick this apartment complex or find another one in the surrounding area. Personally, I find it’s not the most upscale place to live, but it’s still a very welcoming apartment complex with some good amenities. Additionally, you have to consider everything, including the area surrounding the apartment, which is very nice compared to other places in Tucson. Comparing prices with other apartment complexes is also a significant factor, but I would say that, considering the current inflation rates in the surrounding areas, The Agave Apartments offer reasonable prices. I've also noticed some people have had bad experiences with maintenance and A/C issues, but in my personal experience, I’ve had to have the maintenance team come out and fix multiple things in my apartment. However, they’ve always completed the work orders in a timely manner, and I haven’t had any uncomfortable situations where they’ve entered the apartment without a heads-up. Overall, I would say it’s a case-by-case situation, but don’t be scared off by the bad reviews of this apartment complex.”
“I love this complex. The manager Ida was very professional and welcoming. Very clean, which is big for me! I told a few of my friends to come try over here if they want a smooth application and move in process!”
“I don't usually post comments about things but I feel the manager Renee needs the recognition she deserves she has improved these apartments drastically from looking like slums to actually looking like decent apartments just wish they put a dog waste trash outside so it would be easier to help maintain the complex but other then that this place had really come along”
